Even if I did not find my wedding dress here the customer service is superb! I highly recommend this salon!

This salon is terriable. I never had to deal with the stuff being that rude and unprofessional. They will show you their attitude and how tired of you they are. I feel like stuff in dollar store is much more friendly and knowledgeable. I felt so unwelcomed there and could not try the dress I liked the second time because sales associate said that my time is over. But now I am so thankful she stopped me from buying from them, because I don’t have to deal with them ever again. Other salons are so much better.

Worst experience ever. Should have listened to my friends to not come here as they had poor experience here as well. I was 5 mins late to my appointment as I was trying to find parking. The lady was rude and said she would give my appointment away. The dresses weren't that great and when I left no one acknowledged me. They saw me leaving and just looked away. Horrible customer service, honestly even if I saw the perfect dress I would not buy it here as I would have to deal with this service for months. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a better experience!

I just can't begin to say how amazing these ladies are! I went dress shopping on my birthday and had 3 different locations (will not name the 2 other locations). The lady that helped me was on point with understanding what I liked, I ended up purchasing a dress she brought, not one I picked up! It was honestly THE perfect dress for me, and 50% off on sales (which shows she wasn't just trying to upscale me). Seriously recommend not wasting time anywhere else

My experience at this shop was awfulThe employee who assisted me was extremely rude, she commented on my dress size negatively, she was impatient, very inconsiderate to not only me but my family that was there. My family was also completely dumbfounded on the appointment, everyone was uncomfortable because of her. It completely ruined my experience, that I will unfortunately remember forever. Then dealing with them a year later to pick up my dress, I dealt with 2 other staff. They were very rude, impatient and tried to charge me for over $300 of alterations that had not been done. I asked to speak with a manger. Another lady came out, would not make eye contact with me and in fact did not say anything, just completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. I have never wrote a negative review in my life but had to share this awful experience with future brides.

I had no idea what dress I wanted for Grad but the friendly staff helped me pick the perfect one! Plus they reconmended places for me to get my nails done and gave me a swatch of my dress so my date could find a matching tie.

This place is a MUST-GO wedding dress destination. My wedding is in July 2017 and I went dress shopping for the first time in Oct 2016. Their staff was so personable and made me feel extremely comfortable. I had a lot of questions and was really concerned about finding a dress that fit my strict budget. Sarah really did a wonderful job and made the whole process really enjoyable. She was very patient and didn't make me feel awkward as I had a really humble budget. My mother, my maid of honour and my friend were also with me. With the help of Sarah, I was able to find my perfect dress that first day. I feel so grateful and lucky. My dress is elegant, comfortable, budget-friendly and super flattering. For a truly priceless and enjoyable wedding dress shopping experience, you must go to Sposa. Ask for Sarah (she is totally top-notch).

Wow! I went to sposa world for my first round of dresses - I think every one I saw in the store I thought "I would like to try this one on". They managed to accommodate me and SIX very excited bridesmaids in the perfect little space. Sara was the girl helping us - she was able to take everyone's requests and suggestions and make some of her own. She was extremely helpful and personable and did not pressure me at all. I was in love with the second dress I tried on but they said I should look around just to make sure. I went to one more place the following weekend and none of their dresses came as close to the the ones as Sposa. I immediately walked back to Sposa and they took me in and let me try on my dress one more time. The prices are great, the dresses are gorgeous, and the staff is extremely helpful, professional, knowledgable, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to any bride!

I am surprised to see Sposa with a 3.7 rating. I had 'Sarah'. Right away she starts my appointment and asks for the budget. I told her between $2000-$2500, she replied and said 'oh really? I mean I guess we can work with that'. Her next statement was 'a bit late are we?'. Referring to my July 2017 wedding while shopping for a dress in November.
The dresses were cheap feeling and overpriced. You could not make any changes I was advised. I did not feel like a bride looking for her wedding dress. I felt like I was an inconvenience for Ms Sarah.
If you want an amazing experience and to feel like the Queen you are.. Go to Lisa's Bridal!!! See Anna. I promise you she is like your own personal Angel. Go to Lisa's Bridal for better quality, way more selection, and an incredible feeling. You won't regret it. Best of luck!response / report this review -

Had the most amazing experience wedding dress shopping. All the staff were super helpful and really knowledgable about shapes and styles. My dress is unbelievable and not something I thought I wanted. They deliver the full service every bride deserves. I would recommend to everyone.

I had a great experience buying my wedding dress through Sposa! The initial salesperson I had was very sweet and helpful, the dress prices were more affordable than other places I looked, and every other interaction I had during fittings with their team was a positive one! They had no problem with me coming in to see if a veil I had ordered online matched my dress. And when they straps of the dress were chaffing my shoulders, the seamstress and salesperson were very helpful in finding a solution I was happy with!
