Excellent customer service! Staff are always willing to demonstrate and explain new toys, games and unique “must haves”. I appreciate the varied toys and the thought put into what would appeal to every age group. Wonderful to shop local, with friendly and helpful staff.

My little ones love the atmosphere and toys they have out which makes it a really enjoyable shopping experience for the moms. They have many of the melissa and Doug, playmobil and hape toys that are otherwise hard to find without ordering online. We go there quite often for our little ones and have always had a good experience with staff!

I had a wonderful experience at looking Glass toys. My son was looking for a gift for a friend and i did not want to make a trip in to walmart so i popped in and am i ever glad i did. The staff was amazing. I almost left the store without buying anything but within a few minutes of their help, i had a bag full of goodies that my son was proud to give. They have a couch and an area for kids to play and they even have a place to let you decorate your own gift bags!! Talk about fun. The only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is because, while they have a ton of novelty toys like you would find at chapters (melissa and doug, lego, vintage toys) , i feel like there is an age gap between they very young and the adult. I hope this store grows. I will be an avid shopper

Fantastic experience while Christmas shopping there earlier today! We were extremely impressed with the unique variety of brands available within the store and the staff was so so welcoming, super helpful and very knowledgeable regarding the toys and games available! The toys that were out for kiddos to play with made our shopping experience that much more enjoyable as our daughter was able to happily play away while we looked for gifts! The love and effort put into the store is evident and I highly recommend you stop in if you haven't already!! �

What a fantastic store! I've been in several times now and always enjoy checking out their selection. I usually have trouble choosing a toy because there are so many fun ones. It's great to have a decent toy store in the area that doesn't just sell the typical noise-machine toys. They have an assortment of toys and games for all ages. Definitely recommended!

This has to be the most creative and interactive store I have ever seen. I am impressed how Vince had a dream and made it happen with the help of Kelly and staff. We have nothing like this in Hamilton, your selection is fantastic.

Great store with many great game and toy options for kids of all ages! I love that they have french games available for purchase!! Very hard to find anything in french in our area. I'll be back for sure!

My first visit here was for Game Night. I had such a great experience, I went back and bought several games later that week. My daughters really enjoyed the different play areas and we all liked looking at the fabulous selection of toys and games :)

I thought the selection of toys for kids was fantastic!!! Lots of great educational and interactive toys from Melissa and Doug and also Playmobile. Good solid choice of board games as well for families and adults ☺

Stopped by yesterday with my son. The employees played with him while I shopped and I was able to get some awesome gifts and sneak them to my car !! Thanks ladies ! Great experience. Very friendly staff.

Great local store. Bought Settlers of Catan yesterday and came back to buy a Playmobil set for my daughter today. Will defiantly come back for more boardgames and will be great for upcoming Christmas shopping!
