Walked in told them I needed a single copy, handed them the key. Before I knew it they were finished and the key copy works perfectly.

Called to have my car unlocked regular basic car and lock when the driver showed up he did not want to share the price after 10 minutes and already starting he said $220.00 DONT EVER CALL THIS PLACE THEY WILL ROB YOU ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMEN!!!! If I could give -0 rating I definitely would

It was just a little key cutting job, but having just moved it was essential for us to get keys cut, and they were very accommodating and affordable. We had tried five other typical locations during the covid shut downs, with no luck. But Lock-Up Services helped us out. Thanks guys!

Scott in sales has been amazing. Super helpful and willing to go above and beyond “standard service”.
Been trying to track down some commercial door hardware and it’s been quite a challenge.

I lost the screws (hard to find even online) for installing my dead bolt and Steve at Lock-Up helped me found them ! Now I can install my lock properly. Got key duplicate at the same time at a very reasonable price. Friendly service. Recommend.

We used Lock-up to fix Lola's Gelato front door after a crazy storm tried to take it away! They did an excellent and efficient job, not only fixing the door but also improving it's function to better deal with the winds.

Hands down the best experience I have had with this type of service.
I just moved with my wife to a new townhouse in the area, and I inquired about changing locks over the phone. Most places of service like this would be annoyed at my questions over the phone as they are usually busy, but Lock-up Services was kind, attentive, and extremely pleasurable - they also answered all my questions.
As soon as I got home, I took in my lock cylinders and keys, and had new locks and keys cut, in a matter of minutes. They also helped alleviate stress by allowing me to complete a minor but extremely important task among the hundreds on our minds during a move.
The prices were extremely fair, and I would recommend this services for all your lock and key cutting needs ten-fold. Thank youresponse / report this review -
