A bit expensive for high tea but fun. The atmosphere is quaint but a little crowded. This is best enjoyed off of peak times and dates.

Very quaint little tea shop and restaurant behind a very quaint little boutique. Great atmosphere but for $25 per person, I would have liked a little more of a food selection. The food itself was fine - nothing that blew me away. The service was pretty good (they let us lounge for the afternoon since there were no reservations for our table for the rest of the day) so my rating is more like 3.5 stars but you're definitely paying for the atmosphere rather than the food or tea.

Very charming setting with OK food. A great glimpse into a bygone Era, classy merchandise with decent quality and prices. Food was acceptable, not stellar. Definitely worth an occasional visit.

Great place for Tea (2nd visit). Good service. Who would think a dozen little morsels can be so filling? Only problem is the Washroom situation is ridiculous. There is a "huge" Change Room. Then you have a teeny Washroom where when occupied, there would be minimum 3 people waiting to use. I understand it is a very old house but surely something can be done

An absolutely charming place to go for Afternoon tea. Took two friends on their first visit to Fort Langley as a celebration, and it was perfect. Their cream Earl Grey was heavenly - we each had 3-4 cups of it. The whole Afternoon tea was delicious - excellent sandwiches and desserts. The whole thing is naturally vegetarian, which was perfect, given my two friends were both vegetarian! Every item was prepared with care. The ambience is excellent. Perfect girls afternoon.

It was just perfect. Our tea was delicious our sandwiches and scones tasted ever so good. The ladies who served us were delightful. Would definitely go again.

I love the food and the feel of this old fashioned Tea house; however I really wish I could order their teas online. It's a rare treat when I can visit this place so I'm often out of their teas at home.

This place is great! Our first anniversary was ruined by terrible service at another restaurant and we had to walk out. Although the little white house was full (which is often, so book in advance) they managed to fit us in once they heard our story. They greeted us with complimentary champaign and were so friendly and hospitable. The food and atmosphere is really nice. Great for birthday parties, showers or just a nice tea. Highly recommended.
