  Limitless Snow Removal has been horrible!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Their work definitely does not reflect a company that trains their staff what to do or how to do a safe and sufficient job at a site. The leave clumps of salt on driveways, sidewalks, etc. salt is not spread evenly to actually do it’s purpose. There are piles of salt every 2-3 feet, AND THEY’RE MOUNTAINS OF SALT!!! They don’t even remove snow at all!!! I’m sure this is not true of the whole company itself, but the crew that continues to work our property, is TERRIBLE!!

  Used them last year and they would salt 1/10 of the areas take a picture of that part of the sidewalk and leave but charge full price. They failed to plow parking lots and lanes where we have handicapped residents. This happened repeatedly more than a dozen times. We took numerous pictures as evidence of work not being performed and it did nothing and had to argue about paying for services not rendered. They would come and salt when it was above zero because they use an unreliable weather forecast that is to their advantage.
  
  Edit: we emailed several times and service did not improve. I personally went out and walked the ground immediately after so called service. I even observed the crew removing a portion of the sidewalk then take a picture then stop and leave so as to claim they had completed work when they had not. Photo evidence was sent with timestamps yet no improvements. Photos of sidewalks claimed to have been serviced attached. The response to this review is typical type of excuse we received.

  These guys are punctual, professional and efficient and know what they are doing. Complaints of snow removal on time from our building at this winter were reduced to the minimum as we hired Limitless Snow Removal. Thank You for the service.

  First of all company was very competent, yes delays occur and we understand it however as long as the work is done, we are happy. Secondly, all reporting was sent immediately and we knew exactly what and how was provided. And thirdly we had great pricing What to expect more from a snow removal company? Awesome!
