  Great service! I had the unfortunate surprise of finding my front windshield with a large crack in the parking lot. Fred was easy to approach and work with my schedule and set up an appointment to replace the windshield on my car. Estimate was very reasonable, and the mobile service was quick and seamless. They even took the time to transfer the stickers on my old windshield to the new one, its the little things like that really make a difference. Thanks again Excellence Auto Glass for the great service, props to you guys!
  Also fyi to all you subaru owners out there with the eyesight featurethe aftermarket glass didn't cause any calibration issues to the safety features, no need to strictly get OEM glass.

  It was excellent service by Fred and his team. Fred called me back on early Sunday morning n took care of business on Monday morning. My rear glass was fixed quickly even though there was delay to get the glass. Carlos personally drove to Langley n got it. Full marks to them. I woul recommend Fred anytime. Keep the good service up.

  Took my car to Excellence Auto Glass last week for windshield replacement and their service was great. I highly recommend this place. They will go above and beyond to leave their clients satisfied.

  I had a windshield installed by Fred and his assistant on my Xterra. They came to my work to do the job, which was great but too bad they left large molding off cuts on the street. STAY AWAY! They completely butchered the job. Glass was not installed properly; sits too low, molding not pressed onto glass evenly. Huge gap along the roof line and molding, which will catch dirt/water and cause rust. They scratched the paint around and under the windshield, lied to me about it not being them. When I pointed out that if the scratches were not caused by them, the exposed metal would show signs of rust and not be shiny, they still maintained that they did not cause them. They said they sealed the bare metal under the glass, which was a lie, as I can see the bare, unsealed metal in the giant gap at the top of the windshield. The exposed metal will rust and eventually leak. They left muddy footprints on my front seats. In general they: don't know what they are doing, will not own up to their poor installation and make it right. Very unprofessional.
