  Dr. Harrington is the best! He's incredible knowledgeable and, I believe, truly cares for his clients and their well being. I feel blessed to be working with a professional that has my best interests at heart.

  Dr. Iain is, hands-down, the most diligent, thorough and honest chiropractor in town. He conducted a complete, 1 hour assessment on me when I had some low-back pain, and helped ease my fears that it was “serious”. It really only took a few treatments before I was back to my usual routine lifting heavy weights. He also helped my husband recover from his back injury and he’s back to his usual activity level. Campbell River / Comox Valley is so fortunate to have him. if you’ve had bad chiropractic experiences before like I have, trust me, Dr. Harrington is different.

  Awesome experience. I was in pain constantly with my right hip and leg..most days I didn't feel like doing anything or going anywhere.
  All that has changed for meI do and go all the time now.
  He is very wise for a young man and he asks alot of questions that guides him to the route of ones problems.
  I am truly grateful for all of his help
  And guidance for the future.

  For the latter half of last year, my hip was bothering me and Dr. Harrington was able to fix it in 15 minutes! My hip had been seizing up after I drove and painful at night while trying to sleep on it. For months, I was concerned about what was wrong with me, how much treatment would cost and if it was worth having the radiation of an X-ray. My aunt and mom have hip problems so I was wondering if it would be a life sentence. Dr. Harrington explained that sometimes X-rays are necessary, but in his assessment, the cost of an X-ray would outweigh the benefit. He has a friendly, honest, reassuring nature and of course I was convinced after he treated me and the pain went away.

  Dr. Iain Harrington is a gem! He is very professional, patient, and caring in his practice. He answered all my questions fully, and provided a safe space to allow for an amazing healing experience. He is not only a fantastic chiropractor, but a great listener. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. A+++ !
