So your hours are listed on your website and the phones are never answered. How do you expect people to order when you don't answer the phone? So frustrating!!!!!! Would give it a better rating if they would answer their phones, food is good with large portions and good prices. And yes when they do answer, as the other reviews have mentioned, the gentleman that answers is very rude.

Li's restaurant on Tecumseh Rd near Central needs a class in community. When the bus stop at it's not usual destination today because of the flood a young man went in and asked to use their phone to call home. He was glared at and told NO! Today is a day of helping other's, shame on them!

We don't usually answer our phones but when we do we DON'T! and that's just on top of closing early(like 8-9pm) when they clearly have 10-12pm on their menu!

Okay here's something about their food If you're lucky you won't get greasy food and obvious yesterday's gravy. You take me for a fool?

The food is always fresh, large portions for the price. Always packaged with care with cardboard between items in the bags so they do not topple over. Fast and friendly service, I always pick up my order which is always done in 30 minutes. Thank you

Used to order here as it's close to home. The guy taking the orders over the phone is always extremely rude. It got to a point that I asked if "my ordering was bothering him?" This happened on multiple occasions. Needless to say, haven't ordered in over a year and won't ever again. Food is decent but isn't good enough to endure that kind of service. Plus there are wayyyy better Chinese restaurants in the city that would be proud to have you as a customer.
