Rooms were alright at best. With this hotel your not paying for anything fancy. No pool that I could see and room had a strange odour to it.
The upside to this was the relatively low price range for staying here. I wasn't too impressed that when we arrived that they hadn't cleaned the room yet (it was three and check in was supposed to be for twelve).
End if the day I would stay there again. But only if I was looking for a cheap place in Windsor for the weekend.response / report this review -

The carpet in our room smelled old. Basic items such as pens they didn't even have at the front desk. Breakfast was awfully everything was more than half empty for example juice, syrups, cereals. The only good things about our stay was the price, the employees were very friendly and the bathroom was clean. If your just looking for a cheap place to crash and you don't care about the things I mentioned then go for it.

Room is clean, bed is comfy. Room is a little dated but it's a hotel that I'm in for a night, not a car I'm gonna drive every day. Good value and good location. Central to many amenities while being a 10 minute drive from downtown(in good traffic).

Will not stay here again! You can hear everything that is happening in the next room (not appropriate when you have kids with you). The toilet was not bolted down securely. Wouldn't recommend this place. Only stayed because of price and location.

This was the worst experience i had at this hotel. They made us to wait 2 hours to have the room clean which should have been ready 3 hours ago (the reserved time).. The manager was very rude and disrespectful (Indian guy).. Corporate need to evaluate this hotel and the staff which they need to be trained.. Not recommending it to anyone..

Went there for an interview. The staff was very respectful and accomodating and the place was mostly well maintained, save for some undusted areas here and there.

Rooms were very clean when we arrived but there was nothing available to help with our luggage except the guy at the front desk..He was very helpful..The continental breakfast could have been better and my comforter was clean but with stains which he replaced right away..Overall..not bad

One of the worst stays of my life. Broken window curtain, TV remote did not work, dresser drawer broken, bathroom door broken, electric light had no electricity going to it, no shuttle to airport, fridge bulging with ice in freezer. The owner, Ramada, did not want to help us in any way. We had no choice but to stay there that one fate full night. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Receptionist was kind. Our beds were clean and comfortable. Our only issues were very loud hallway noise and quite possibly the worst showerhead/water pressure I've ever experienced. I had to wash my hair in the sink to get any shampoo out. It's a no frills sleep under $100. It was worth the extra $40 to not stay in a dirty motel.

Although the front desk staff when we checked in was very kind, our stay was tainted by the fact that there were blood stains (or what certainly looked like it) on both our comforter and our flat sheets (amongst a bunch of other dark visible stains as well).
When we called the front desk regarding the matter, we were told that our sheets would be changed in 5 minutes.
After waiting 10-15 minutes, the gentleman from the front desk arrived, apologised and let us know that sometimes housekeeping misses things because they are trying to move quickly. While I understand the need to move quickly, I also think that attention to detail in this scenario is also important.
He then handed me the sheets and said that we could manage changing them on our own (which yes, this is technically true, but also not what we expected when paying for a room).
It took an eternity to fall asleep that night, which I did fully clothed because of how uncomfortable I was!
I've reached out to the hotel a couple of times with no response, so unfortunately I feel as though I should let others know, as we were expecting a much different experience.response / report this review -

Beds are comfortable. Otherwise, breakfast very limited and be prepared to remind staff that the coffee jugs are empty, juice is empty, milk is empty, counter is messy, garbage is full, etc. Staff need to be more aware of this issue and do what they are paid to do, like check the breakfast room every 20 min or 1/2 hr. Also had no hot water one morning so had to ask them to flip the breaker. Ok for a night or 2 with a family because the rate is reasonable. Otherwise I would look for something better.

For the price it was a nice room. Blankets wete nice. Decor was a little dated. There was some damaged furniture, some marks on the curtains that looked like blood, and the room had a peculiar smell to it. Overall not a bad stay. The wifi was great. Cool pancake machine too.
