  Horrible customer service! I have never been more discusted in my life! The broker was rude, and did not listen to what I was trying to say, I work in customer service myself and I have never been more shocked by this service.

  This will sound weird cause it's an insurance place But this place is awesome. They are helpful fast and fun. The staff is super kind and they always seem happy to be there. I've been dealing with them for years. I would never go anywhere else.

  Worst service possible. If this rating system allowed for negative stars then this review would be on that basis. Provided limited responses unless I led with additional questions and when I chose to leave and give my business to a different company the staff member threw down her pen and exhaled a loud huff. Rude. All documents were in order and the alternate insurance company was a pleasure to work with. Good bye LaSalle

  Went to pay my car insurance and asked to change it to pleasure. The lady went through the motions and i paid and then she was explaining my insurance and i noticed it was still all purpose. I told her i had asked for pleasure and apologized for the inconvenience. She went on to say that i had not mentioned anything about changing it (which i had) and then rolled her eyes, sighed and remained in a bad attitude the rest of the time there.
