Absolutely the best place in Winnipeg too bring your pets. Never had a bad experience, and they are experienced with less common critters like reptiles and birds.

My Snake has a problem with damaged skin. The Dr a Winrose advised that I put some wet moss in one corner of his hide house to get him to have moister skin. I did not think this would work but I did it anyway. Now he spends 80% of his time in that house. Before he spent 0% in that house. The Lesson? Do what the Drs at Winrose say. They know what they are talking about.

Been taking our dog Willow there since she was a pup over 4 years ago. The staff are very personable and down to earth. Facility is very clean and vets are well experienced. They do exotic animals too!

Excellent Veterinarians and Technicians. We drive across the city just to bring our pets here for their check ups and meds.

Went in to get my cat fixed was quoted 120$got charged 500$ cats still not fixed. So now there telling us it's another 250$ to get him fixed. I don't recommend this place

Nicest staff experience I have ever had in my entire life. Had to take my very sick rat Remy to the vet. They told us they were fully booked but they squeezed us in for an appointment anyways. Everyone there (the veterinarians, the medical support team, and the people at the front desk) were all full of jokes and kindness. Dr. Amanda Malboeuf was especially very reassuring and gave us no pressure to put Remy on medication. It was also very sweet how she let my friends and I listen to his heart beat. 300/bpm :-).

We have been customers for almost 20 years and our cockatiel had a bad eye infection- we took her to get it checked only to be told that they were fully booked, then they wanted to send us around the city to other places only to find out none could see us since they didn't have an exotic pet vet. I was willing to wait if they could fit us in but they refused.
Ended up using regular eye antibiotic and was told by my sister that just as well, since the last time it cost $260!!!

Started taken my cat here because this is where my mom would take our family pets while I was growing up. I was especially happy to bring her somewhere I was familiar with after seeing all of the positive reviews. The always take great care of my cat and treat both of us with great respect.
