  Used to be better. Became so stale. Max 2 samples and you have to buy to just get the samples. Flavors and selection are good but staff are rude and not as family friendly as it once was. Our Snobby Italian culture may have gotten to this place.

  Probably the most ridiculous icecream I've tried. Taste completely artificial, expensive and you can feel the ice crystals. Don't waste your money, go to any grocery, buy a Haggen dazz or Ben and Jerry's and be safe...

  Rules at La Paloma are ridiculous. I paid $30 for the 2 liter box and are allowed ONLY 4 flavors, and I wanted 5 but it's apparently unacceptable. I pay for the same amount of ice cream so why does it matter if I get one more flavor? It's absurd how I can't get how many flavors I want. It is just a way to make more money by buying another box. I was disappointed about how unfriendly the service was. Good ice cream, but I felt cheated about the rules of flavor amount. Customers are the ones who make the business not the other way around. Customers are losing our purchasing power.

  Wish I could give them less than 1 star. I used to come here for years and always enjoyed myself. Recently, I brought my kids to experience what I thought would have been some tasty gelato. I was really wrong. La Paloma changed drastically! The service is atrocious, the staff actually roll their eyes at you (in front of your face) if you dare to take more than 2 nano seconds to place your order. Then they charged me an extra $1.00 for 2 empty minuscule cups that I needed to put my kids ice cream cone in so it wouldn't drip all over THEIR floor. I would NEVER return to this ****hole again. There are so many better options out there!

  Great selection. Come prepared to have everybody stare at you when you walk in. Dress like a celebrity and come with an entourage to get them all guessing. Great chill spot, great staff and huge selection!

  I really enjoy the gelato here. They always include rich, flavorful ingredients unlike other places which taste like they use inferior ingredients

  Great flavors and always lots to choose from. Very popular in the summertime. Winter will still have a few tables full, but summer time is packed. There also have great coffee.
