This place is an absolute joke of a business. I went there to get a bank draft cashed that was given to me from their banking location, clearly stated on the bank note, their address and so forth. I was told they are the ones who could cash this for me since it was issued by them. Well i spent two hours in rain and rush hour traffic to get to them, and had the worst customer service given to me, and i would never recommend this bank let alone this branch to anyone ever. The staff were so confused they kept telling each other something different and on to the next and no one had an actual answer for me except that they insisted i open an account to receive any help from them. I find this stupid and very very tedious because all i wanted was either for them to cash my bank note or at least endorse it so i could go to another location of sorts to have it cashed as they clearly weren't looking to help me because i wasn't "a client". I believe its totally BS that because i didnt have a account with them that they couldnt help me out with something that was from their branch. I know i have in the past done this and have had no problems what so ever with other banks in the same situation so as for your policies and all the BS you tried to feed me, please, dont ever go here, they are all ass backwards and you will not recieve any help of any sorts, your better off dealing with cash money or money mart and paying a small fee and having excellent client service rather then plain stupidity.

DO NOT GO HERE. The WORST branch I have ever visited, especially the white guy who works there that is on cocaine. HE SHOULD BE FIRED.
