Very disappointed in the experience here. We attended the Kane Brown concert and have to say, other than Kane Brown, it was terrible all around. The pre party festival was 2 food trucks and a bad cover band, nothing like they made it sound and advertised. We all got in the general admission line, then venue staff came along asking us why we were lined up, saying there is no line to get in. So we all got out of line and wandered. At the front of the line the venue staff told us the other people didn’t know what they were talking about and that we need to get in line so back, wayyyyy back in the line we went.

Once inside, we waited for an hour and a half in the hot warehouse, crammed in like sardines, then finally the opening act started, why would you have us all waiting that long for the show to start?! Finally Kane came on, he was okay, but the sound is terrible. The acoustics suck so all anyone could hear was terrible echoes, couldn’t understand a word that he was saying or singing. Line ups for the bar were 20+ minutes, seemed like the bartenders were overwhelmed/had no idea what they were doing.

Finally it took us 35 minutes to get out of the parking lots, if you’re going to take up all the parking lots along Ardelt then you need to get a much better plan for getting people out! People were driving down hills between buildings, across the lawns of all these businesses because you couldn’t move anywhere! Will never return to this venue.

Not a great experience. Kane Brown was the only good thing that happened there.

VIP got on site parking, only to wait over an hour after the concert finished to finally get out of the parking lot. Security (4 out of 5 personel I spoke to) had no clue where VIP was supposed to enter and that we were told we would get early entry. Upon entry I was not given the specific VIP band and was denied entry to the VIP section (even with my tickets that stated VIP) so I had to walk back to the entrance of the building to get the specific wrist band and come back to the VIP area.

Sound system was terrible, unless you knew his songs you would never be able to tell what the lyrics were. Even when he was talking to the audience in between songs it was impossible to make out what was being said.

I've only been to a handful of concerts and I feel bad saying so many negative things but this was definitely not a great for reasons of sound, organization, staff knowledge, security knowledge and parking.

I would actually give no stars if I could. For paying for 3 VIP tickets we did not feel like VIP at all. All that money for free parking? Because we were not offered anything else to warrant the extra money it cost. We were jammed in a small area reserved for the VIP. No seating so we were all standing crammed in like sardines for hours. People pushing and shoving others around. I am 50 years old and have been to many concerts in my life and this was by far the worst one. With feeling threatened I ended up leaving the venue early to ensure my safety and my families safety. This was supposed to be a all ages venue. Little ones would not have had to witness any of that. I had emailed the venue with no response as of yet but I honestly don't think I will get one. I feel you do not care about the consumer at all you made your money Right? At least $10 parking for almost 5000 people $7 a beer or mix drink and here you go $2 for a small can of pop. There wasn't even any merchandise available. I will never return for another venue here. I feel sorry for Kane Brown and his crew having to play in this disappointment of a place. Wish we went to Niagara falls to see him.

Attended the Kane Brown concert on July 6th and had the best time ever!!! I was fortunate enough to park at a friends house and walk the 5 minutes so that there wasnt an issue with the long wait to get out!!! Got there at 5:30 and never had to wait to get a drink either inside or outside the venue!!! We were so close to the stage I could see and hear everything!!! Although I can see how it would sound really distorted for those in the back!!!! Although the wait inside was extremely long for the opening band to even start it was so worth it!!!!

If I could rate a 0 I would

This was the worst experience I ever had for a concert the sound sucked I couldn’t hear a word he said or any of his songs other then a beat it was way to hot and I couldn’t see anything I wish I had went to Niagara to see him maybe I could have seen and heard him at least I could have stayed home and just listened to his CD for cheaper least then I could at least hear it!

Getting out was atrocious very unorganized I sat for 45 mins before a single car got to move from the back parking then it still took almost another half hour to get to the road!

I even asked security what was going on and why knowone was directing cars his response was we weren’t paid for this were going home!

Aweful venue and I will never return and plan to warn all my friends to save there money!

I really enjoyed Kane Brown's performance but I did not enjoy the venue. Security didn't have 19+ bracelets at the back gate upon entry at 5:30 with no direction to come back for one, was directing people out of the General Admission line to the VIP line and other venue staff were sending them back for the miscommunication. No one could tell us where an ATM was for the pre-party to buy drinks and food. Parking was free for VIP but still waiting 45 minutes to get out at the moment, it's chaos. Standing an hour and a half before the concert was horrible because of the humidity in the building when outside was cool and breezy. I'd suggest entry for everyone closer to the concert time. Please, please get AC or open the doors next time! I also suggest more than one security personnel covering the VIP area as there were fights and people jumping back and forth between the barriers.

Got to the venue. Was told to park WAAY in the back as we were VIP. Security had zero idea where we should go to line up. Sent us with general admission. Food sucked. Only 2 kinds of beer. The venue was hot and the acoustics sucked. Security couldn’t direct traffic if their life depended on it. Sat in the parking lot for almost an hour waiting to leave. Not a venue I would go back to.

I went to this venue to see Kane Brown and I will most likely never attend here again. For one I couldn’t see anything- which is annoying but I would think at the very least I would be able to hear everything. I could barely hear anything and what I could hear it was terrible. There was no air conditioning and with so many people jammed in it was disgusting in there. It was relief to walk out of the building. We had to park so far away because traffic was barely moving. I was walking faster than the cars driving lol the line ups for drinks were so long. It was just disappointing.

Our work Christmas Party was held at Lot 42 and it was a really neat venue. Huge open spaces, incredibly clean for an industrial building, bathrooms were beautiful and the overall atmosphere was incredible. The set up of vehicles inside looked fantastic, inside and outside, with the lighting and the food station was perfectly executed. The whole experience was great, very well done!
