Did a 6 weeks attachment at SPH and stayed at Levels- awesome place to lodge.

Stayed 3 months for work while in Vancouver. Friendly staff, pets welcome, weekly cleaning and kitchen in each suite.

I stayed here for a month and it was amazing! The staff are so helpful and friendly. Sarah, Kourtney, Janice and all the girls were fabulous! The suites are fantastic. They have a kitchen, living room, a massive bath and balcony. Only slight issue was the elevators but the problems were dealt with swiftly. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. And the gym and rooftop pool are fantastic too!

Very clean suites and great resources. The gym has a bunch of equipment. Also has a great sauna on the men's changing room

I never got to stay here cause i had to cancel my trip,but i have to say they excellent customer service. I called late to cancel my reservation and they understood and apply no cancellation fee .

Comfortable, safe, family friendly, wonderfully attentive staff.
Never hear the neighbors, bottom floor town homes are subject to GYM noises at times. Endless hot water. Wifi could be a tad quicker. Maintenance staff always responded very quickly and professionally.response / report this review
