I loved my stay here. We had a large room with a great view. The pet policy was great, the little dog bed was a huge plus. Huge bathtub, really clean bathroom.
Breakfast was ok The staff working in the continental breakfast room were cold and indifferent though. She was warm to other guests so not sure what was up with that.
Concierge and front desk staff were very nice and helpful. All in all a very nice stay.

This hotel is in the perfect location, it's so close to everything downtown. The food is amazing and the staff are lovely. My favorite part though was the beds that felt like clouds! I had the best sleep of my life in this hotel and I owe it all to the bed! Highly recommend staying here!

my room was dirty and they closed the mini bar. Their is no place to smoke on each level and you have to pay sepetate for internet.

the super 8 motel is half the price and with more amenities so why pay more for nothing. total rip off.

It's an old-school hotel. The staff is attentive, but lacks many complimentary services you should be accustomed to: notably in-room WiFi.

Sure, the rooms could use an update BUT this hotel is in a great location and the service is fantastic! The pool is nice, and the resto on site is very swank. It reminds me of a lounge from the 40's/50's.

Was a pretty decent room with decent internet speed. My towel had two black hairs in it wrapped up, so didn't use that one. Otherwise it was adequate for what we needed. Nice that they had iced lemon water available at all times.

Visiting with Ryan at Gerard's bar is like coming home and being treated like family. Always a good and relaxing time. Best martinis in town!

An older hotel but still nice. Saying you're staying here has some prestige factor and it's conveniently located. There is a wine store below if you feel like staying in.

Office away from the office - this hotel is great (while getting a little "worn" in public spaces. The restaurants and bars are great too.

great place for a party, been here several times for corporate Christmas parties and always had a wonderful time! great bar selection, amazing buffet catering, nice staff, nice bathrooms. been to a few other places and this is still my favourite!
