It's located near highway 1 crossing over into North Vancouver and is about a 15 minute drive to Vancouver. I give it four stars because they don't try to over represent themselves. The rooms are dated but clean and comfortable and the staff are very friendly. There's also underground parking. Their nightly rate is reasonable considering it is Vancouver

Good clean room. Very helpful staff. Can't complain about the breakfast. The air con was cold enough just a bit noisy. If you are at the front of the hotel there's a bit traffic noise that could Waken you at night so ask for a room at the rear. Bus stop at the front door for down town perfect. So overall I will give threes hotel a 4 only due to the noise. Would use again.

If you like waking up sweating in your room, then you should stay here. The forced air is lukewarm at best is my major complaint. Otherwise I have no more. Staff was friendly. Good location. Close to many breweries. Wish they didn't cover up the atrium on each floor. That is their namesake and should be highlighted.

We wanted to spend two days and Atrium had perfect location for that. So we did not think for two long. The hotel does not look impressive from the outside. However, it's beautiful inside. The lobby is very welcoming. We had a regular room. It was fine. Bathroom was nice and big. Bed was comfortable. The ceiling had spots that needed to be taken care of as well as the shower head.

The staff are outstanding (with one exception, a shuttle driver who was actually quite rude and almost obnoxious). The other driver, Jeff was great! Gave us information about the area and had such a great attitude. All the desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. Our room the first night was fine, except that the glass sliding door wouldn't close tightly and the room faced the street, making the outside noise too easily heard. The next day we asked to be moved if there was an available room in the back. They graciously accommodated us, making our second night stay very good. The hotel is a ways from downtown and the gas lamp district, but the public transportation is easy to use and runs very late with a stop just across from the hotel. The staff were very helpful in this regard also. Breakfast was pretty good, with quite a bit of variety - eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt, bagels, juice etc.

Overall decent hotel. Rooms on road side can be a bit loud if you are not used to the city. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping easy trip into downtown Vancouver

Not a great experience here. We can to call the front desk 4 times about some noisy neighbors who yelled all night long and they didn't fix the problem so we got no sleep that night. They also procrastinated on calling us a cab so it took forever. Our "view" was also into a neighboring house which was awkward at the very least.

A nice clean hotel, great location for East Vancouver and in the up and coming Hastings Sunrise community. Even the standard rooms are spacious and clean. Having hot and cold breakfast items complimentary is an added value and savings. Friendly front desk staff are willing to go above and beyond to help guests. The only drawback is the early morning next-door construction, but that's nothing permanent.

The person that checked us in was very pleasant and the hotel appeared to be very clean and in good repair. The bed was very comfortable enough. HUGE downside was the traffic noise – they are located on a busy street and have basically no acoustic barrier – sounded like we had the windows wide open even though they were closed. That fact alone is enough so that I would not go back. Maybe if you were on the back side of the hotel it would be better, but I would recommend to them to invest a bit and improve the acoustic barrier at the front side of the hotel. I really barely slept due to the constant noise. Breakfast was also a low-light also. I was hopeful when I read that they have hot and cold, but the hot food consisted of dried out scrambled eggs and some kind of hamburger patty that I can only assume is meant to be sausage, but dry thin and bad flavor. They provided free transport to the cruise lines and downtown via a courtesy van which is very nice. They are also in a decent location for going to stores and shops near by as well as restaurants. If not for the road noise this could be a very nice little place with a good location and reasonable amenities. If you stay make sure to ask for a room away from the main road.
