My one hour appointment apparently started as I got out of the elevator. I ended up paying $105 for 45 mins. I got a 40 min massage at Woodgrove Pine Massage for $42 the other day so needless to say, I will NOT be back. The RMT who treated me was good but the room was freezing & I was quite uncomfortable. I was shocked that I didn't receive a neck/ shoulder/ head massage at the end and saw by the clock that my massage was cut 15 mins short as per my appointment "start" time.

The BEST of the BEST!!! I highly recommend this massage therapy clinic for their incredible work, professionalism and commitment to achieving results with/for their clients.

I've been to a lot of clinics in my time but none will ever compare to Bev and her team at Knead. This place is incredible. Amazing clinic, great attitudes and incredibly talented staff.

I have been going to Knead Therapy several years now for various recurring injuries/soreness issues.
The RMT's there are truly incredible. They have made a significant positive impact on my quality of life through their work. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable, they are also great listeners, motivators, confidants, and just all around great people. I have seen almost every RMT there, and there isn't a single person I wouldn't go to again.
When I first started going, I thought I would just stick to my one injury - I soon realized the benefit of massage, and found areas that I didn't even know needed a massage! My daily pain/stiffness/soreness had just become my new normal. The group at Knead has helped me progress beyond that.
I honestly can't see enough great things about Knead Therapy. If you are looking for a great RMT in Nanaimo, go see them! And if you have never had a massage from an RMT, book one with them! You won't be disappointed.

Top Notch Therapists!!! Excellent service!!! Beverly is amazing with Deep Tissue Massage. She has been working with me for several years with old injuries and is nothing short of the BEST. Emma has a very similar technique to Bev and I would also recommend her for quality therapy. I am a loyal client and won't stray from the best in town. Thank you and your team for being so amazing!
