  Nice place to get a massage. Their RMTs are great, the facility is clean and they direct bill your insurance as well. The most convenient thing is you can book and manage your appointments via their website which makes it convenient to find the RMT you want on the day you want.

  I've been twice at Kaizen. First time it was great, I just went yesterday expecting the same experience, and it was utterly disappointing. It was simply rubbing my body and I felt no technique, I usually feel a good sore after the massage but I felt nothing today as expected, because it simply felt like rubbing that anyone can do.

  I love this place, they are so professional and courteous
  The front desk staff is knowledgable and friendly
  Don't get me started on the therapists
  Zhane, dawn and Sabrina are all amazing
  But what made me write this review was dawn
  I've never had a better massage experience
  And with the head massage add on
  It was bliss
  Next time I'm booking 1.5 hours
  You wouldntvwanna get up

  Staff was very friendly and nice However, I do not think I would return to this place again. I decided to make an appointment here out of desperation because it's very close to home and my RMT was booked up and my neck was in bad shape. I needed my neck worked out but the massage was more of a relaxation massage which was still nice but not what was needed. If you're looking to relax then this is the place for you (Michelle was very professional) but if you have serious kinks, I wouldn't recommend. Not to mention they're quite pricey for an hour.

  Had re-do my rating. Have been booking appointments for ages without a CC. Now they want it for bookings. Became rude when asked if there was a change in policy.
  
  If you cant look at individuals as a case by case basis, and see that every time I come in, the payment is made directly to my insurer. Why would I agree to give you my CC, I do not know what practices your employees have on safe guarding client information.
  
  Management needs to learn to be consistent. At least for others to take them seriously.
  
  The RMTs on the other hand are nothing but exceptional.

  I go to see Laura Bolton, I have been seeing her for years on the suggestion of a friend of mine. She helped me with my 'mom wrist' pain which I thought would always pop up!

  I've been going here for over a year now and have only positive things to say about this place! Its a very clean and relaxing environment. I've never had any issues booking appointments and getting the therapist I want. I leave absolutely refreshed and relaxed every time! This is the second place I've ever been to for a massage and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Barbara always does a great job finding out where my problem areas are and fixes them. No complaints! Thank you!
