Ron was great to deal with. After searching google for companies on my area and calling them, I figured out these “different” websites and phone numbers were all funnelling me to the same technician company. Their quote was way to high so I was glad to have finally found Ron. I thought my torsion springs were broken but he informed me they just needed some tightening, I appreciate the honesty and it saved me a few hundred dollars. When my springs eventually go or if I have any other garage door issues, Ron will be my first and only call.

Ron came out to our home within 30 minutes after the garage door failed. He had it up and running less than an hour later. He did a great job and we appreciated how quickly he was able to help us out.

We called Ron on a weekend and he came out to fix the garage door motor in no time. He also worked on some other issues with the door at no extra cost. He is polite and very easy to talk with. His quotes are fair and considering it was a weekend, it was more than reasonable. We have used Just In Time for a few years now and have never had any problems with the service or staff. Thank you Ron!

Terrible service and attitude. Called RON to come take a look at our garage door and he quoted us a ridiculously high price. He made up that number on the fly. He also had the audacity to walk through our house with his wet dirty boots that left a big mess for us to clean up. We told him we did not want his services for these reasons and he threw a fit. UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. Avoid this "business" at all costs.
