  I had my garage door opener replaced a couple of weeks ago and I can’t be happier! The technician was very polite and efficient. I had a change of plans for the day and they were able to accommodate me. The garage door opener is silent - which I love! I will definitely recommend C&W at any chance I get.
  
  I didn’t give 5 stars because the tech did leave some pieces of orange foam insulation around my garage and when I asked about using the app he said they don’t get training in it. It was easy enough but being able to support the products they offer is important.

  Chris is always phenomenal and a pleasure to deal with. A few days ago we had a major issue with our garage door, and he came to do an inspection the same day. He was able to locate the issue, made sure the door was properly closed for security measures, and came back the next day to do a fix on it/replace a part. Highly recommend using C&W for any garage door repairs and maintenance!

  Fantastic customer service throughout the entire experience from speedy responses to my inquiries, booking a service call, and completion of work. Both Emily and Justin were professional, respectful, and friendly. Justin called to inquire if he could arrive early and patiently waited until I was able to get home. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and provided several options. Thankfully only routine maintenance was required at this time. Pricing was reasonable even the quotes he provided for a replacement opener. They are my go to for any future garage door servicing, and I have already referred them to several friends!

  C&W recently replaced our garage overhead doors (two of them). Given that the garage dates from the ‘70s and there has been a fair bit of subsidence over the years, this job required basically rebuilding the frames. After waiting about 10 weeks for the doors to be manufactured, the guys did an excellent job of installing them over a period of two days. The doors are beautiful and work smoothly. We are very thankful that we contacted C&W and recommend them highly.

  We had the pleasure of Chris coming to check-out what was wrong with our garage door and he fixed it in a very timely manner! He was very professional and provided such an awesome customer service! After fixing the issue he even explained on how to avoid it in the future and also troubleshoot it ourselves. Really impressed with the service today! Thanks again Chris.
