  These guys got our overhead door operational when nobody else could. Somebody was out here within 24hrs and quoted correctly. Nice to see an honest business in this industry.

  Very good service; professional & personable staff, but an initial $140 call out fee (disclosed after the fix. Is that legal?) for a minor, residential overhead garage door issue finished in under an hour puts these workers in a category equivalent to plumbers and other trades. Fee seems unreasonable.

  Excellent customer service!! The very helpful person who took my call saying they were booked up but connected me with a subcontractor. They contacted Larry who is super friendly and very professional! Larry replaced the door springs and made some adjustments to ensure it was safe and functioning properly. Reassuring to know there are still great honest people and businesses that go above and beyond !

  We purchased a new garage door recently, we are very happy with the kind & professional customer service. Mike the installer was fantastic. The product was in stock & the price was reasonable. Other garage door companies said it would be 12 to 14 weeks before they would have the garage door & quotes were quite similar to Jackson & James Garage Door. The customer service that Jackson & James Garage Doors provided was superior as the salesperson took the time to walk me through the use of the website & explain the various types of garage doors & assisted me in viewing the various types of garage doors which the other garage companies did not do. They provided prompt service.
  Very pleased with the customer service from this company.

  Awesome Company realized my truck was stranded in the garage this afternoon and phoned in, the friendly person who answered quickly called the service guy in our area who was finishing up a job and was kind enough to extend his day and came over replaced the springs on my door. He was quick & polite. Very reasonable rate. Thanks Mike..
