Bought THREE pairs of shoes with two for my wife. I was hesitant to purchase one pair due to the sizing and it was on sale (final sale). Sales clerk told me its final sale but we could exchange the size. Wife went in today and was told there would be no exchange. So now I have a useless pair of expensive shoes. Too bad I love their shoes but will not spend another dollar here.

If I had money, I'd buy my shoes here every time. You won't find their styles of shoes anywhere else. They're very expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Amazing experience I have had shopping at John Fluvog Granville Location. My close friend referred me to shop here and I was more than satisfied. Customer service from Jodi S and most recently BEN, sales staff leaves a lasting impression for you to feel welcome, get amazing help and find the perfect pair of shoes. Trendy, comfortable, most spectacular shoes ever, compliments galore Fluvogs are fantastic!!!
