  I purchased a canopy from Jaw last week and was very pleased with the selection and the price. Wes was also very pleasant to work with and I would assume his brother is the same! I had a problem with the lock on my canopy and Wes looked after things in a very timely and professional manner. I'll be recommending Jaw to my friends! Thanks, Wes.

  Zero stars - their customer service is very poor. Granted there was a delay from our purchase of a large steel canopy to when it was erected. but still, common sense says they should provide some instructions on how to erect these things. If you look at the display models they have around town and then build one yourself, they are not the same!
  
  Went to look at one of their displays around Chilliwack and noted that there are 3 braces on each frame (top and 2 sides). I went back home and found that I was short 8 braces. I went in to see them and they told me that the ones around town are for display only (built with extra braces) and that they are not supposed to be built the way they show. When I mentioned that it might be a good idea to give the customers some written instructions on how to erect them, I was told that they are not going to do that. I also suggested that they put a note on the displays saying that these are built with extra braces - so no one else sees these extra strong canopies and are then shocked to find out that they are not as presented a classic bait and switch technique.

  Awesome customer service on the phone. Even better in person, they set it up and had me on the road in no time. The used contractor cap I purchased was in great shape. Price was great to compared to New. I instantly felt more professional. If they have what you need you won't be disappointed with them.

  Absolutely fantastic! They had several options in stock and it took all of 5 minutes to install. The price was super competitive as well. Customer service is super friendly and professional. Would recommend them to anyone in the lower mainland who is looking for a canopy.
