Gotta sayI am surprised at all the 5 star ratings after my couple visits. Went in to see about a new fob. pulled my truck in for all of 10 mins to see what system I currently had. Told me they would find out about ordering a new one. And if it that wasnt gonna work I was quoted more than double what I had been a couple months prior. Then they charged me 50 bucks for the very short time they spent seeing what alarm was already installed.and was told they would find out if they could get a replacement fob.well It has been almost 2 weeks now and no correspondence whatsoever. Easiest 50 bucks they have made I'm sure.

Had front speakers in my vehicle replaced. Extremely honest and informative. Told me there would not only be a better quality sound, but the speakers would output a greater volume. They do, but better than was expected. Impressed! Yup, will be back for the rears. Thanks guys!

Worst place ever,
Had my work van there for installing a alarm system, only trouble.
1.st he promised to integrate the system into my existing key fob for $500 it didn't work out which is not my fold and they put a different system in and up charged me to $600 after i agreed to it, which i shouldn't.
then i had to come back 3 times because the system didn't work properly, the alarm went off by itself while driving and the auto lock didn't work, the only reason why i wanted an aftermarket system installed besides my factory system that has all the regular alarm features.
Update:
Friendly Staff, they did contact me after this review and took my van back in and fixed some hickups in the alarmsystem free of charge, now everything works fine. THANKS.response / report this review -

Great place to call for info and the reviews are accurate about top notch service. However, when you see other reviews about "affordable/great pricing"be prepared at starting rates of $550++ for a remote start install and its various components for an older vehicle-2000 toyota camry. Glad I called first instead of taking time out to drive to the store. So much for my xmas gift to the hubby lol

Pat and his staff are simply amazing! Top notch customer service! They went above and beyond for me. I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are always smiling and happy to help. A++++++++++++++ all the way! They are honest and will work with in your budget! If you need anything to do with car stereos, alarms, or auto starts, this is the place to go. Service like that is not easy to find in this day and age!
