The best! Love this place so much! Staff are very friendly, excellent customer service and the food is always consistent and delicious! The restaurant is small but very homey, comfortable and filled with personality. My favourite restaurant in Victoria.

Big breakfast meals. Filling breakfast options with excellent flavours in each dish. Expect a bit of a wait outside. Kind of nice that there is a coffee shop across the street so you can grab a coffee while waiting for your table but not so nice that Jam doesn't let you bring it in with you. Sucks to throw out a $4 cup of coffee because the line moved fast. Maybe they should offer customers coffee as they take down names.

The food at Jam Cafe was very good. The menu offers a wide range of unique savory and sweet options. The interior is decorated very nicely and the service is good. Jam Cafe doesn't take reservations, but the wait went relatively quickly. The biscuits were incredible. Portion sizes were too large in my opinion.

This place was fascinating. For starters, there was a line of 15 people that took 20 minutes to get through. Or was it a line of 20 people that took 15 minutes to get through? Either way, long line, long wait. Me and my wife were from out of town, plus I had already paid for two hours of parking, so we decided to wait. I am glad that we did. The food was enjoyable, as was the coffee. I ended up purchasing a mug to commemorate the experience, and it is a nice, sturdy mug. One of those mugs that could withstand a few drops, maybe even a throw or two, as well. I haven't thrown or dropped it yet, but I think I could and it would be okay. I would hope so, though, because the mug was like $11 dollars. That's like, $9 in USD, which would be more but the Canadian dollar is actually doing quite well right now.
Suffice it to say, I would eat here again, but I probably wouldn't buy another mug. I would just order food and coffee. I don't need any more mugs. Honestly, I didn't really even need this one.

Don't let the line scare you away especially if you are alone or in twos. Chances are you you will get seated quick.

Once you are in the first thing you notice is the colorful deco and antiques all over the walls. Old toasters, baseball banners, water skis, snow shoes, signs and an emergency radio. Forget all that though and take note of the big board with specials. Today it showed a few items including blueberry and white chocolate shake. It looked delicious but I only went for a 3 mile run so may have to way for when I do a 10 mile run.

Did opt for the bacon with eggs Benedict. It was served on crunchy English muffin with tomato. Eggs were cooked perfectly. It came with hash brown and a few small fruits (pineapple, kiwi, and orange). We asked for extra crunchy hash brown and it was brown but not at all crispy. Tasted fine though and was too hungry to send back.

Also had a good late and fresh OJ. Yum. Waitress was super friendly and even helpful with suggestions for things to do in the area. Great experience.

BEST PLACE in Victoria for brunch. Worth the wait no matter how long it is, and be sure to get a cinnamon roll pancake to share with the table. I'm still dreaming of our breakfast there a year ago!

He dined in once. Jam Cafe was busy. Chicken and waffles were popular so we ordered the same. So good, fresh and NOT heavy 🙂. We got a burger to go and it came on a beautiful pretzel like bun.

After a relatively short wait we were seated at the bar. Although the restaurant was quite busy, our order was taken quickly and before too long our breakfast arrived.
My husband ordered the Charlie's Bowl which was big enough for two meals and I had the original Benny.
We both thoroughly enjoyed our meal and will be back again.

The line up for this place is just insane. But definitely worth it, especially their match stick fries. Not greasy at all, fried to perfection. The chicken and waffles was massive! Kind of on the sweet side but amazingly delicious. Their farmer's omelet very dense, one order is enough to feed at least two average adult eaters. The place is very small so unless you go in advance before the doors open, you will have to wait upwards of 30 minutes.
