I bought the cloud couch 2 piece sectional and I AM IN LOVE. I am soooo happy with my decision and salesperson Monica really helped me with all the questions I had. Delivery was smooth and my couch was set up within 10 minutes.
I am only subtracting one star because I had a lot of concerns before delivery that the couch wouldn't fit into my apartment. They were strict with a no return/refund policy so I had a lot of stress about spending so much money with the off chance that it wouldn't fit. Luckily it fit no problem and my worries didn't materialize.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jag's Furniture's Langley location. I would give 10 stars, if I could! First and foremost, Monica, the sales rep that we worked with was absolutely fantastic. She was super helpful with my partner and I as we looked through LOTS of furniture options and we were very impressed with her knowledge on everything we looked at and how efficiently she was able to answer our questions. She was even able to answer our questions about the internal construction of the mattress we wanted to buy. When we left the store, we ended up purchasing a gorgeous sectional couch, an amazing mattress and a couple of very nice stools. We were so happy with what we found that we ended up calling back a couple days later and added a power recliner to our furniture order. From start to finish, Monica was incredibly helpful and everything went smoothly and easily. We had most of the furniture delivered today, with the exception of the mattress (which is coming very soon) and the delivery drivers were also fantastic. They dropped everything off and set it up for a very reasonable fee, and the drivers were very kind and respectful in our home. I would recommend Jag's Furniture to ANYONE looking to buy very nice and also reasonably priced furniture. Jag's will be my first stop anytime I am looking for new furniture in the future. I'm a VERY happy customer.

We bought a sectional and Queen bed from Jags Langley. Monica was great in helping us find the best choices and communicating throughout the entire process from ordering to delivery. We also went back to buy additional dresser and night tables. They know how to take care.of their customers.

Extremely happy with the furniture we bought for the whole house. Monica was really very helpful from start till the furniture were delivered to our house. Such a wonderful person. Highly recommend this place. Their state of the art furniture fits to anyone's beautiful homes.

Just purchased the cloud 9 sectional, it was delivered the next day! The couch is very comfortable, fabric is soft and beautiful. All cushions (seat,back and throws) are all down and require fluffing every few days or they will be flat where you typically sit. Also Monica was very helpful :)

My wife and I walked into the store and were greeted by Evan. He allowed us to walk around, take it all in, and if we had any questions, he would be happy to help. We found a power recliner we liked so I went to find Evan for help. He provided all the answers to our questions, and we then decided to go for lunch to discuss the potential purchase. He thanked us for coming in and hoped we would return. After lunch, we returned to the store and made the purchase. Although the chair was awesome, Evan was a big part of our decision to make this purchase. We would recommend to anyone to shop here, but when you do, please ask for Evan. You won't be disappointed. I guarantee it!!!

We had been searching for a bed and coffee table for several months, without finding anything. We found Jag's randomly by driving around and while we weren't even going to go in at first as we felt quite defeated with all the pushy sales people, we decided to be spontaneous. We are so glad we went in! We found a wonderful bed and coffee table which we are crazy about. The sales people were nowhere near as pushy as other people and quite knowledgeable! Katie, our sales person, was so wonderful at answering our questions but also giving us space! After the purchase, we had our bed and coffee table delivered within a few days - at the exact same time that they promised. The set up was very smooth and very quick as well and the delivery guys really friendly. Overall, we are really happy with our experience shopping at Jag's.

Gurp is a great salesmen and very helpful, wants to get you good deal with your budget, the furniture selection was good was well. We received our couch and the frame was broken, Jags sent over a repairmen within a week who took care of the issue and we did not have to wait for another one. I would recommend that the furniture delivery guys be a little more professional a uniform would go a long way. Overall not a bad experience, just keep in mind that good quality furniture is not going to be cheap and if you have a tight budget you should expect lower quality.

Jag's was a good choice for us. We had looked everywhere in Richmond for a sofa and love seat we liked and couldn't find anything. We had expected to spend a full day browsing the furniture stores in Langley but found what we wanted immediately at Jag's. This store has a good selection, no pressure sales staff and reasonable pricing. I like that you have the option to purchase additional warranty for the furniture as well, which LazyBoy didn't offer. It was in stock and delivered the following weekend. The delivery staff was on time, efficient and friendly. We are really happy with the sofa so far.

on our quest to find new coffee /end tables we stumbled upon Jags Furniture in Langley BC .. We had previously been to 6-7 big name furniture stores where we found staff and policies were not to our advantage (sale prices were not sale prices as we had been in them prior to the sales, and no budging on their prices) Upon entering Jags we were greeted by a lovely lady Sharda who went above and beyond in customer service , going to bat for us in getting the best deal possible( even calling the owner of the store on a long weekend) .This allowed us to take the floor models home right then. Sharda also showed us some coordinating pieces which we also purchased.I must say both my husband and I are very impressed with the service Jags gave us and we will return if more furniture is in our future. I have worked in customer service myself for over 35 years and this was one of the best experiences I have had!! I would recommend Jags to friends and family ..Many Thanks Sharda.. we are extremely happy with our new pieces and am enjoying them.

Ordered in a beautiful sectional, arrived on time and was delivered and set up the next day. Jags is the place to go if you enjoy shopping without being followed around or hassled by salespeople. No pressure sales and friendly staff. Steve has always been extremely helpful !

We purchased a dining set, living room sectional and accent chair, as well as end tables from Jag's Furniture in Langley. We must say Steve, the store manager, had impeccable service. I am not one to write reviews, but I must give credit to his exceptional customer service. We shopped around at many stores for our furniture selections, but we liked the pieces Jag's had as well wanted a Canadian made sectional for our living room where our family spends a lot of time- there was a few glitches with the dimensions of our ottoman but Steve made the return and replace process hassle free and he was kind throughout it all. In the past, sales people hound you for a commission based sale, Steve understands the value of a dollar and we appreciated his service every step of the way! The owners of the store are lucky to have such a wonderful manager representing their store! Definitely check out Langley Jag's! Also, Christina did a follow up call and was very pleasant to talk to you. Thanks for a our beautiful furnishings Jag's Langley!

I recently found a sofa at Jag's on United Way that I wanted to purchase for my daughter. I took a picture so she could see it and she decided that was exactly what she wanted so I stopped in the Langley store and asked the manager if he would complete the sale. I sent him a picture of the sofa but I did not realize that I sent him the wrong one. He ordered it and when it was delivered I discovered the error. I went into the Langley store to argue that they sent the wrong sofa but he pointed out that was exactly the sofa I told him to order and showed me the picture I sent him. I wanted a different sofa, the one that I wanted to order. The manager was quite gracious, clearly it was my mistake but he was going to arrange for an exchange anyway but my daughter decided to keep the couch that was delivered. It was a lovely sofa, just not the one I THOUGHT I ordered. I found the manager to be most accommodating and provided exceptional customer service, something that is rare in our current climate.

I wish I could give 0 rating and had read all the reviews before buying anything from jags
This is the biggest fraud company in Canada, their sales people will lie to you about the product and tell you that its made in Canada and when you receive the product it has a label of made in china. When you ask them to return they charge you 20% of the price thats how they make money period. Their Sales people need to meet their some target so they keep lying you about material, brand and they will say its made in Canada to charge you higher price.

I had this experience where Sales lady lied to me and said the coffee table is of Defehr Furniture and made in Canada, we trusted her and didn't cross verify the company name. The table I received is made in china with really cheap material. When I called them I have been told thats my mistake why did I believe what they say and didn't cross check and they also put blame on me that I am lying and when I tried to explain them they use a very dirty tricks of using my nationality and made racism remarks.

I want to tell Jags furniture learn some decency to talk to a women and accept their mistake. But by reading all the negative reviews I guess you have been doing this for long and if customer calls you back you know you can play racism card and end the conversation. I hang up the call coz I cannot go down to your level.

We got two bedroom suites and one arrived on time but the other arrived 3 months later, the guys that came to install it made dents in the wall and didn't seem to care and then when they were "done" they said that they weren't supposed to screw in the handles for the dressers and the nightstands and told us to do it. Great costumer service in store but the delivery and installation could've been way better.

The manager Steve is outstanding! My husband and I have dealt with him a few times on some issues with our furniture and each time he has made the process stress free and very easy. We recently purchased a full bedroom suite from Jags MJM in Langley. The staff was very friendly and courteous throughout the whole process. Before we purchased it we needed to take measurements and spent several times going back to the store in make sure it was what we wanted since it was a large purchase, and every time we came in we were treated with the same courteous manners. After our purchase there was a small item that needed adjusting. Steve the store manager personally handled this and kept us informed as to the status which was dealt with promptly. We have recommended Jags to friends and family and will be sure to shop there again.
