The floors were all sticky and the service was
Sub par. But the worst part was when I took a bite of my broccoli it tasted like it was sprayed with cleaner or some sort og chemical spray. I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!response / report this review -

We ate here a number of years ago and now we live here and thought we would go back..OOPS!
After 25 years in hospitality I may be a little jaded and critique harshly. I’m open to all aspects of how a restaurant runs their business and will look at the challenges with openness. But if your restaurant is dead at 6:30pm you need to look in the mirror.
Poor service;
Stinky sticky bathrooms
Forgot to place our order
Craft beer was flat and beer should be poured off tap first before serving
slow food order 48min we sat without any appies.
Owner ARGUED and compared his service time to that of a Franchise and why they have long wait times.(ok but we were 1 of 5 in the restaurant)
I’m open to share positive and negative feedback based on a busiess that accepts it faults. Arguing with your customer with the pricing that is 14-25$ a plate. You really need to listen to feedback from the customer.response / report this review -

Below average quality food, exceptionally poor service. While we were a table of 12 (with a reservation) and I can appreciate some delay between plates coming out, but it took approx 25min for all of our meals to be served. Not once did anyone come ask us if we wanted additional drinks. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone

Came here with four other good friends after a hike. We all ordered burgers Pretty much covered what they could offer. They were off the hook. Waitress was hilarious and killed it!

Great food. I have tried a few of their dishes and never have been disappointed. Their salmon dishes are amazing. Also recommends spinach dip and seafood pasta.
Their service is little tricky situation. Many tables have blocked view and not easily noticed by servers. Probably, that is the main problem with slow service. Everyone is friendly!

Been eating in here couple of times and always amazed by the quality of the food and service. Their cheesecake is to die for! They make everything from scratch and you can absolutely taste the difference compares to a lot of franchise restaurants. Owner is super nice and will definitely recommend the place to my friends!

Went a few times. It was run by a grumpy old man and the food was just ok. I went back this year noticed that they have changed the menu. Foods also look and taste different so I ask the server. She said they are a new team recently take over the restaurant. Anyway the steak was really good. They definitely homemade the sauce, because it has more natural mild flavor than some other chemical-taste sauce made from bottle/can ingredients

I don't know where all this negative comments come from. I have been there 4-5 times in the past 6 months and I've tried different steaks, ribs, appetizers and desserts. None of them disappointed me. I would even say this is the best steak place in town. Strongly recommend prime rib and the homemade cheesecake. It is a place that definitely worth a try.
