I really liked their food. Server was great/fast too. Good portions. Lots of flavour. Place is super clean. I'll be back.

The food has always lived up to expectations. Great vegetarian options. Staff is quiet though pleasant when engaged with small talk. Has busy times of the day.

This place was amazing when it first opened and declined ever since. Food has gone down but is still very tasty. Not enough staff to give the ones working enough assistance. Very generous on the meat (but all shawarma places are)
It lately feels as if they are skimping on what they put out for less waste but it impacts tastes. Chicken is too salty, carrot soup is the best ever.

Edit to add picture of reply of another reviewer. They also are very rude to reviewers.

Pretty much what you'd expect from a chain franchise. Not my favourite shawarma/donair, but a great fast-food alternative to burgers & pizza. Little bit pricier than most burger chains, but the food is good and the place is clean. I'll definitely go there again.

Great food but they need to hire more serving staff for the lunch rush. Give yourself ample time

It was mine and my boyfriend's first time going here on friday and right when we enter the store, the place was very neat and I love how the sun shone(?) through the window (I love natural lighting). When we came to the front to see what to order but we didn't really know what to do, so I guess we seemedkind of puzzled and the staff working that day gladly helped us out.
In my preference, the pricing seemed a bit expensive, but the food was AMAZING and that staff is very friendly and helpful. The person working that Friday had EXCELLENT customer service and I would go back to this place again!
Hopefully you guys can come to Surrey too! :)

Very tasty shawarma, friendly service, and a clean welcoming interior. Great place, I wish they had a location in downtown Vancouver!

    Dear holy Shawarma dude

    A quick note for you.

Today I came into your shop to order my lunch.
I was with one of my workmates, we were hungryyou were having a bad day and you were curt and abrupt and ultimately treated me like I was an annoyance rather than a client wanting to do business with you.
I understand that lunch hour is busy and being short staffed is less than ideal, but you chose to take it out on me.

I decided to do some quick math on the cost of your bad day taken out on me.
I spend personally about 28.00/mo in your shopI work with 15 others who combined I estimate spend an average of 100.00/mo. Of course some months are less and some are far more. ( I think this is conservative)

We are a business that has been in the area since you opened 4 years ago? So how much have we spent??? Quite a lot. But that’s water under the bridge.

Now, you should know our business isn’t going anywhere anytime soon, but fortunately we do have other choices of places to eat.

    Cost of your bitchy day?
    1536.00 x 4 years= $6,144.00 (likely more)tough day hey!

Great high quality food. Fast personal service. Clean modern restaurant. Win. Win. Win. Every donair shop should aspire to this If Holy Falafel doesn't put them all out of business first. My new fav. Wish you guys were closer to me! :(

Food is just ok, nothing special, did not like the spice. Portions are small.
My platter had a very small amount of rice, very small amount of tabbouleh ( parsley salad), with minimum amount of onion and tomato) and medium amount of meat. Tried to make portion as low as possible in cost.
Here in Vancouver we get much bigger plate for 11 $ so I would consider this food too expensive for money.

But here is my main point:

When sales person tried to hand out the rest of my money 4 pieces of change fell into my plate. Everybody knows that how contaminated are the coins but i was not offered to change my food and I had to garbage part of my food. He just kept laughing and trying to make fun of this story. So my question is that when they is minimum care to this important personal hygiene how can we trust and buy food from you?
I am not saying no but when I see that 4 pieces of SUPER DIRTY coin fall into my plate and they still offer that plate to me to eat I would say: Not only I wouldn't eat thee again, but also I would not recommend it.
Please do not try to say I am your competitor which you did for few other comments as I have receipt here in front of me and will publish it if needed. thanks

My response to owner after reading a very nervous response.: actually your restaurant looks very clean, well designed and decent and I do gree that your place looks great otherwise I would not step in.
I am not scared of anything as a consumer.
Rather than getting upset and putting aggressive response here you could be nice.
People can read all reviews and all your responses and judge for themselves.
But you did not answer my question, why I was not offered to change my plate? this is simple and clear, Please answer and do not try to distract from original question. thank you.

Please tolerate reviews and criticism. These reviews are put here to help you improve your business and at least mine is not personal.
I wish you luck in your business. Cheers,
