watch out with these guys and there fake safteys on the trucks. hide the truck on the side of a hill so we couldn't fully look at it , by the time we got it home had $1500 worth of work needed on it. thanks

Bought a truck here with holes in the frame, sold it to me without any headlight bulbs, didn't realize until that night and no gas in the tank. Also never received receipts for $650 worth of work that was done. Overall a terrible vehicle buying experience. Go elsewhere!

The sign behind the counter speaks volume We will only screw you a little..wouldnt recommend sending anyone here especially after last experience partial my fault but when repairs are needed payment comes first but to wait til after repairs are completed elsewhere and come take your vehicle when repair increase value is a little shady and poor business ethic especially with money in hand to pay Owingsmuch better choices out there for sales and service

Absolutely brutal. Where to begin.
Purchased a truck just under a year ago, and let's just say the last year has been quite the experience in mechanic shops dealing with endless surprises.
Bolts snapped off my ignition coils, being held down by hydraulic rubber wedged in under my fuel lines to hold the coils down. (No car owner would do this to their own vehicle)
Only one bolt in my on brake caliper, and not to mention exposed wiring under the truck.
Currently dealing with multiple other issues.
What gets me the most is when asked about it, I was told they've heard of putting wood to hold these parts down.. not rubber. And when asked for assistance or explanation in why things are like this.. all I receive is a cease and desist letter from the company. Silly right?
Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.. ever. Should have taken his rude first impression more seriously.. Multiple diagnostics through other mechanics says it all.response / report this review -

How does this John guy even have a job? So RUDE!!! swearing at me!!! I can deal with some profanity in a sentence, not an issue but when its directed at me without merit! UNACCEPTABLE! I loved the way the website looked, great deals, I would pay $1000 more elsewhere just to not deal with this guy. I won't ever look at an ad I see his name on, and as long as he is working there I will not go in! Pitiful, not sure how a place can want him as a representative of their business

No word of a lie
I just called JB Trucks to inquire about their Cadillac.
The guys name was John who answered.
I asked about the Cadillac for sale and he said it's still in the shop getting a door handle/door fixed for like 2 months.
He was disgruntled and rude. And no word of a liehe told me I've never run a business before, so presumably I didn't understand the frustrationsI told him that I did in fact run my own business and that the way he was speaking to me turned me off of hisand he literally told me to "F*** off" over the phone.
This is a first. Never experienced this before.
Not sure if this how they operate day to day. But buyer, beware.response / report this review
