I was sold terribly cheap flooring that has a 15 year watranty. After 6 months the planks were splitting and coming apart and they would only refund my money for the flooring that wasn't installed! Their LVP is so thin the too and bottom piece are broken right from the box. They won't return my emails and Joseph was very rude to me insisting my issues were completely an installation problem! Buy from a store with reputable brands that will back up their warranties.

Called about there flyer for this week oct 17/17 after checking there website to confirm the price of the 12mm German laminate. I had to leave my # as the salesman was busy. I had to call back myself 4 hours later only to find out that the sale was over on the first day of the sale. The sales man told me that the sale had been on for weeks I call bull as I have been watching their flyers and going to the store every week for a month with my sample. Sales man said sorry he couldn’t help me the sale was over. I said that’s FALSE ADVERTISEMENT he said sorry again. This place must have very irresponsible staff. And the sales man was very unprofessional he tried to offer me a 10mm product for the same price what a crook. I will take my business down the street to Source flooring pay the xtra .40 cents/ square and get what I wanted.

This is regarding hours of business your answering machine and web site both say you are open at 11 am on sunday, I drove 45 mins to be at your store for 11 am only to find out the door says 12 pm!!!! Not cool at all, what a waist of time. I left

Horrible customer service. Purchased a carpet from their store measuring (what was SUPPOSED to be) 11 x 12 ft. After prepping the room and underlay, we lay the carpet out only to find it 4+ inches short! We ended up purchasing a new carpet that day at a different store that was closer to home as we had someone hired to install the carpet that day. We drove back to the store (45 minutes) the next day only to be told that we could not get our money back and there was nothing they could do about it. Eventually after much discussion we were given our money back in STORE CREDIT and were told we needed to use it within 3 MONTHS. At this point, we are not in need of any other flooring for our renovations so this credit is useless to us. Now we are out $150+ and without a carpet?! So so disappointed in the service, and feel as if we've had $150 stolen from us. Would NOT recommend this store to anyone.

Horrible experience wouldn't reccommend going here. unable to help with any issues regarding the color of the flooring we received in comparison to what we had ordered. When spending a lot of money on your flooring wouldn't trust it with them

I'm a flooring installer with over 10 years experience. A friend purchased hardwood+tile from this store and asked me to install it. The milling of the hardwood was defective. I made the salesperson and eventually management aware of the problem. The staff tried to say this was normal and was less than helpful in resolving the problem. After a "sales rep" from the manufacturer finally came to the jobsite to evaluate the problem they tried to blame the squeakiness in the end joints of their product on moisture from paint and grouting going on in the house. This explanation is absolutely absurd. All moisture reading in the house were within the tolerated limits as I tested the air,hardwood and subfloor. I refused to install anymore of this product and the small portion I had installed was removed and the balance of the material was returned (by me). My friend was charged a 25% restocking fee for the materials returned and no reimbursement was given for the material I had used. This product was then put back into stock to be sold to another unsuspecting customer. During this process the company continually neglected to return my calls in a timely manner or offer any kind of customer service beyond denying anything was wrong. The sales rep initially tried to tell me I was nailing the hardwood improperly and his advice for nailing was contradicted not only by my knowledge and experience but also the installation instructions given by the product. I have installed in excess of 50,000 sq ft of hardwood in my career and have never had an issue with my nailing pattern. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company if you value service or accountability for the products they sell. Worst experience with a flooring store I have had.
