We visited this place with our dog because of an important and urgent health issue. We didn't have any appointment, but they were able to provide a late spot. Our dog was handled very carefully and the vet tried to find the best option for us. The staff was really helpful. We have our dog for 10 years and visited several vets, but I've never found this good service. Based on my experience, I really recommend this place.

Compassionate & highly qualified support staff, experienced & caring veterinarians -- I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else. Our senior dog has had dental work here & we were very impressed with the quality of their work & the superior level of care provided. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking veterinary services for their pet.

They take excellent care of your pet. "State of the heart care." I choose to come here, yes there are cheaper places to go, but it's your fur baby.

I was happy with the service here. The assistants were very kind and told me my cat was unusually well-behaved, which I'm sure they say to everyone but made me feel like a very proud kitty-mama.

South Burnaby is and always will be the Best ever!!!🐾🐾🐾 I can never begin to Thank Dr Michelle Kates💕 in Nov 2004 , we first met when my 3.5 month old ball of fluff Tiggy a Persian kitten went for his 1st visit . When Dr Kates met my boy she called him Mr Tigg's 🐾 Hyper Trophic Cardiomyopathy/Asthma.

I'll tell you what, those office assistants, especially Emilee, are amazing at what they do. The doc's are fantastic human beings, and the rest are amazing too. They do very good work here. The prices are fair and no one looks at me funny when I empty the bowl of candies into my pockets.

Do you every get that queezy new-pet owner feeling when you aren't 100% sure what is going on, or what is about to happen? That feeling goes away here! Dr. Gravling and vet tech (Madeline?) put me at ease.
They were knowledgeable, friendly, and they treated my bunnies with love. This is especially important when your animal is part of the family!
