Awesome experience every time, professional and to the point. Yes you pay gratuity when you go but you’re also only paying $99 for a year of laser. Can’t wait to go again!! Thank you

I've bought Groupon voucher for laser hair removal but wanted to have treatment on bigger area vs included in voucher. Irina helped me to understand best package deal, so I've got bikini area and upper legs for quite a good price. Irina is fast and professional, explained me all the process details clearly and I'm fine with treatment and results. I really like their online booking system as well, very convenient.

I still have one more treatment left on my legs but the results to date have been exactly what I was hoping for. I had done a lot of reading about laser hair removal and was a bit nervous about it, but a trusted friend recommended Irina and I'm really glad she did. Not a fancy spa experience, so if that's what you like this isn't the place for you, but if you want someone who is knowledgeable, experienced and delivers results this is the place.

I visited this place through Groupon almost a year ago and was very pleasantly surprised.
Irina is very co-operative, professional and pleasant to deal with. On-line scheduling is easy as well. Irina really cares that her customers are pleased with their experiences and happy with the results. I highly recommend this place to everyone.response / report this review -

Excellent facial, relaxing atmosphere. This is not your average facial. It was better! It was customized for me. My skin is glowing and I feel relaxed. I love that Irina uses organic products and customizes the facial to suit your needs. I will definitely be going back!

I have tried hair removal around the world, its never really worked on my dark skin. I have been coming to Irina for nearly 2 years. The results have been exceptionally good. I have referred my friends to her and will continue doing it. She is amazing and her treatments are excellent.

I was terrified after I originally bought a groupon from Irina as I was uncomfortable with online bookings. While making the first appointment online I stumbled across these reviews which worried me more as some weren't favourable. After going to my first appointment I realized there are a lot of unnecessary haters out there as I have had zero issues. When my wife preps me for my visit she says less hair is coming back. Her facilities are small, but clean. Her laser equipment is brand new. She is fast and thorough. She is soft spoken and polite. Her husband/co-worker is polite and accommodating. I have no issue paying cash for service as that is the way I roll anyways. I would recommend her to anyone.

I've been seeing Irina for a little over half a year now and I got to say that I always look forward to my appointments with her. She's such a lovely lady and very professional as well. She's fast and thorough which is exactly what I need with my busy schedule. I've read some people saying that she's too quick and this lead to hairs being missed when getting laser hair removal done. However, you have to understand that you're not going to get all of the hair out in one session. I've had five treatments and I barely have any hair growing back now. Understand that laser hair removal takes time. I 100% recommend this place!

Found this place on Groupon a year ago and I've been seeing Irina for all my treatments. She's such a nice lady. The office is pretty small but you're in and out of there so quickly if you're only getting laser hair treatments. Try not to expect a spa like atmosphere when you go there. Online booking is so easy. I got a facial and microdermabrasion package and it was amazing! She used an organic strawberry rhubarb facial mask and it smelled so good. I also love that fact that there's always free street parking whenever I go. I highly recommend this place.

Best Laser hair removal in City! Includes experiences in Calgary too! Irina is so fabulous, knowledgeable, professional and quick! The office is small but she provides amazing value. And it really works!! Super easy to book online and forgiving if things change and you have to alter your appointment, just give her a reasonable heads up as anyone would appreciate :) 6 stars if I could. I haven't tried her other services but she has a lot to offer.
