I went this morning for my ultrasound and the technician was very rude and disrespectful the fact why my Dr wrote me the ultrasound. She kept stressing me the whole time while performing the exam. She also mentioned that she will compare my result and it seems like she want to prove herself that I am there for no reason.
I am just writing so that nobody else feels the same way she made me feel while doing my exam.
Please be kind and generous nobody wants to come for the exam without a reason.response / report this review -

I had a wonderful experience at Insight Millwoods location, Edmonton. The receptionist i dealt with was very professional and helpful for my first time there. The Nurses and Dr were very helpful in making my 2 day appointment very relaxing and I was treated very respectfully and comfortably.

Went in for X-ray. The guy that performed my x-ray was super nice so no issues there. However the receptionist was very rude, she directed me to the change room and asked me to change. So I followed her instructions and started changing, she proceeded to come into the change room area and asked me what I was doing as if I was doing something wrong. She asked to see what I was doing which I find very odd since I was in the middle of changing. I showed her that I was halfway changing and she mentions that I can just go in what I was wearing. But then changes her mind again and says that I can take everything off the waist up. I did not deserve the way I was treated and will no be going back to this location.

I had a very good experience here at Insight in Millwoods. I walked in without an appointment and they took me in right away.
The technician was awesome she made me feel so comfortable and talk me through the entire process. This was second time at an insight and I will definitely recommend and revisit.response / report this review -

Haad an appointment for bone density mammogram and xrays for 2:00 pm Was taken to change room exactly on time. EVERYONE I had contact with was friendly. patient. caring. & professional Not a bad experience on any level Was in my car by 2:30 Would highly recommend

I had a great experience here today. Technicians were patient with me and did their best to accommodate me when I wasn’t ready for the ultrasound even though they were very busy. Karen was very nice and very helpful. The technicians who did my x-rays were as well, so pleasant and helpful. I rarely leave reviews but I simply had to because I had a very pleasant experience even though I was very anxious prior the examinations. Thank you a lot.

One of the best health services diagnostic and imaging center in Millwood area. The front staff is efficient, ”cool”, really helpful with smiling and pleasant demeanour. You feel respected, welcome and taken-care-of!!
The techs are professional, proficient and sharp in their approach with a touch of selfless service and kindness.
The ambiance, decor is minimal but nicely, outstanding inside and layout is straight helpful in approach.
if you have some time-in-wait, outside may be equally nice and productive with a nicely well stacked 💵 store next door and lot of nice eateries too!!
Unlike other such health centres, Parking is abundant, hassle-free and FREE!!response / report this review
