Justin and Michael were absolutely fabulous to work with for mom's sewer back-up problem. I would highly recommend using Mr. Rooter! Excellent work ethics and clean up. Detailed description given of all work that needed and still needs to be done. They went above and beyond for us! Many, many thanks!

I had a issue on site, where a main line was punctured under the foundation, Matt with me rooter came by and went above and beyond helping me rectify the issue. I would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone and if you lucky enough to get Matt as your tech you’ll never be in better hands.

Joseph came to work on our RV today. He was great! He knew the issue almost right away and worked in the rain to get it fixed for us. We can finally use our shower! It was a pleasure to work with you Joseph!

Used them to do a CCTV location scan/video for our BWV installation. Gordon called me and was very polite and on time with the appointment. My customer was happy as well.

Paid a $300 diagnostic fee, still have no clue what the problem is. Have had 2 technicians here, the first didn't have the right equipment and the 2nd left me with a huge mess to clean up.
