Very disappointed. Arrived at the show tonight and was told it was cancelled. The reason given didn't make sense. I was told the theatres were full. I was then told they had honoured the previous showtimes. How did that help me at 9:30 at night?. I asked how was I suppose to know it was cancelled. I was told I couldn't have known. The young lady at the snack bar told me I could come back tomorrow. There seemed to be no manager or anyone in charge. Lakeshore Imagine cinemas was the cause of the problem not the customer.

Nobody at the counter anymore when you walk in, that's not good. Takes away from the movie experience. And we struggled to use our groupon as we needed instruction.

The best movie theater in the Tecumseh/Windsor area. I gladly drive to Lakeshore Cinema from Windsor, instead of going to the Cineplexes in Windsor. The whole movie theater is so much cleaner than most others and something about their projectors they seem to be more contrast rich and sharper?

I always enjoy this theatre. Great prices especially matinees. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Best popcorn in the city. Comfortable luxury seating. My favourite theatre in Windsor. It is like going to a friend or families home to watch a movie. The kind staff always helpful with the elderly and handicap.

It's always clean and the staff's friendly plus the movie theatre's are comfortable. I love the popcorn along with the other items you can purchase.

Great service and location. This is a great cinema and always has very current movies. The food is good and the arcade is alright if you need to kill a couple of minutes before a movie

Great theatre. Comfortable seats. BUT, I used to bring a Starbucks or Hortons coffee with me, but now theatre no longer allows 'Outside Coffee'. If you are going to insist we drink Theatre Coffee, please brew Good coffee. Tried it twice. Threw it away both times, couldn't drink it.
I enjoy a good coffee with the show!!!
Other concessions are good (popcorn, pop, natchos, candy), but Coffee is definitely Not your strongpoint.
