We just bought our second camper from Leisure Trailer Sales, a 2018 Winnebago 27BHSS. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We changed our mind several times on which camper we wanted and our sales agent, Bob was completely supportive, wanting us to have the right camper for our family.
This business has earned us as life long customers.

Dont know what the sales department is like.people seem nice there. However, here's what happened in the service department.
I had a question about my pop up camper. Parts guy went to get the service tech. After I explained what was happening, he confirmed what I was thinking in that two little plastic parts were the problemtabs broke off and was causing the issue. Here's where I lost confidencehe tells me my camper needs a whole new lift arm and about three hours to swap it out. I asked if I could just buy the plastic pieces that failed. He said there's no way I can just buy those piecesnobody sells themect ect. He turn me over to the parts guy to order a new lift arm and walks off. As I was standing there i pulled out my phone, did a quick search and found the plastic inserts I needed for $4.95 free 2 day shipping. Didn't waste my time spending hundreds at this placeordered my parts through amazon, and will get them in time for our trip.
Walked out of there feeling like I was being had. Will not returnjust can't trust them after something like that.

The man at the service counter was rude and not knowledgeable about simple RV things. Also they quoted roughly $300 to do a job a regular electrician did for $65. Bad vibes from this place.

I had to get the strike plate on my 5th Wheel Trailers repaired due to an inproper instalation somewhere else and the Service I received from Steve Raymond and the guys in Service was excellent. They did a vwery professional job and got me back on the road at a very fair price. I would recommend Leisure Trailer Sales and Service to anyone looking for quality work.

I bought my trailer from them in august of 2015. Absolutely beautiful trailer. Everyone there was friendly and when I went in with any issues, they were all so willing to help.
Recently I have had some issues with them. I have used the same propane tank since i bought the trailer, i've used it for cooking and i've also used it for abour 5 weeks straight in the colder fall/winter months. If there is no snow on the ground, I am sleeping in there. I've always kept the furnace set to 66 and only had it on during the night (7 hours). I did that for 5 months straight.
It ran out eventually, Leisure Trailer Sales was closed at the time, I took the propane tank off my BBQ at my house, it was about 1/4 full, I used that every night for 2 1/2 weeks, set to 66. I then went to Leisure Trailer Sales to get my original tank refilled. They "filled" it.
It was warm for most of the nights, I used the furnace 3 times ONLY. Set at 66, for only the nights. I was out of propane. I went back to Leisure Trailer Sales and explained the situation to them. I think he did not fill it all the way.

They said that when it's colder outside it uses more propane than usual. (They tell me this after I used a tank 1/4 of the way full for longer than this "Filled Tank" in WAY colder weather, and after I used the original tank since august for 5 weeks straight and VERY cold weather). After telling the girl this, she sent me to talk to service about a possible propane leak.
I went to talk to service to tell them the situation, and they booked me in. I had a couple other issues that I wanted them to fix as well which wasn't a problem (they fixed my truck in august, and the same issue happened again, so they fixed that again. And also I had a burnt light bulb which they replaced. And also the strings on my blinds were shredding, which they ordered and are more than willing to fix).
I told him I was gonna come by before they close with my truck and trailer together and leave it with them over night, only to make it easier for them. I then went home and took my TV, xbox, etc out of the trailer and unplugged the extension cord from my power plug in. I keep the Electric Reducer attached to the electrical cable that is in my camper cause it's so hard to separate because they are bran new.
I towed the trailer there, left the truck and trailer attached and gave them both keys. I call the next day to find out if they brought my truck in. The lady informed me that my truck was the same issue that they fixed back in august, and they fixed it (Free of charge), she also ordered new shades for my trailer under warranty (so freee), they replaced the lightbulb (warranty, free), they performed a propane leak test on my trailer (free) and everything came back perfect. She then told me that I simply ran out of propane after using it 3 times and they were going to charge me for a propane refill. I said I would come get my truck and trailer before they close (I was going to go to Costco for the propane cause its around $12).
I go there to get my truck and trailer and she was going to charge me for the propane refill. I said absolutely not, they have to fill the tank anyways to perform the leak test, so again I wouldnt be getting a full tank since they used it for the test. She said okay no big deal just go and have a good day. I left and towed the camper home.
I put my stuff back in it. I went to go plug it in and my electrical cable is jammed in the camper PAST the prongs that hold it in place. Frustrated, I get my screw driver and go in the camper and take the bottom shelf apart so I can get my electrical cable. I retrieve the cable but my electrical reducer is missing. I go back the next day and they said they don't use the electrical cable to do a propane test. I said it was there when I pulled in your parking lot so you guys lost it? They replaced it but with lack of patience and they forsure think i'm just a greety customer trying to get free stuff. Meanwhile I just want what I payed for.
I recommend this place but make sure you pay close attention to everything.
