Absolutely phenomenal service from the gentlemen at Strickland’s Lakeshore. They helped us find exactly what we wanted, within our price range, and in the timeframe we wanted. Went there today to test drive and possibly purchase a Chrysler 300. The experience went sour pretty quickly as I was interrogated by what I'm hoping is a new sales agent. I left without even seeing the inside of the 300 after being berated. I'm still upset by this experience and will advise my friends and family to shop elsewhere.

Nick made our whole car buying experience very easy. Even though he's a very tall man, he was not intimidating! He showed us exactly what we were looking for. He actually gave his honest opinion about certain cars that we were considering and we ended up with the perfect match. Next time I'm looking to buy a car, I would definitely come back to Strickland's.

was offered a decent deal on a vehicle. however one of the salesman named Grainger tried to pull a fast one on me. saying my dodge , which has been inspected by 2 shops in town and iv been told twice its in incredible condition, was only worth 3000$ to him and that it would go straight to "their scrap lot" and used for parts. when i declined politely he just became extremely pushy. very uncomfortable. even after declining several times. the initial experience was great but towards the end it was very uneasy. and when i told him i wanted to check out 1 other vehicle before making my decision he googled the vehicle i wanted and refered to it as a "rat bag car" and that he could tell just by looking at it that it would break down? what the hell is that ? I will never go here again.

Great experience!!

Stricklands was recommended to me by a friend who had bought his car from them a couple years prior. I was fortunate to have a car that lasted 20 years but now I needed to replace it. Joel made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure and no hurry. After about 4 hours and test driving 4 different cars, I found the one I wanted. Joel explained everything clearly and never made me feel like I was out of touch in the buying world. I felt at ease with the decision I made to buy the car and to now have car payments. When it came to the loan, Scott was also very helpful with the whole process and also made me feel at ease with everything. Both were just as excited as me to see me go from a 1997 car to a 2016! Its been 2 days since I picked up my car and I still can't believe I am the owner of a 2016 Fiat 500x Sport and in my favourite colour! Thank you Joel and Scott!

My boyfriend and I recently purchased a car from Strickland's. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt welcome. Strickland's is different from any other place we have been. Nick was able to quickly pull up all of the car options in our budget on the computer and we were able to test drive them. Nick is a really great person to work with because he is genuine and honest. Other places have really pushy sales people who will do anything to sell you a car, even if it's not necessarily what you want. I would recommend Strickland's to my friends and family without hesitation, and to be honest, I already have. Huge thanks to Nick and the rest of the team at Strickland's for making this entire process as stress free as possible.
