  Been having issues with a local vape shop close to me so I decided to venture to a new shop. I found ill through Google and I'm glad I did! Staff there was very welcoming and helpful! Got a great deal as their signup program is really good! And the juice tastes amazing (twinkie and cookies & cream!!!) I will recommend them to anyone in the niagara region going forward!

  Clean and Modern design. The issue I have with ill vapour is constant inventory restraints, every time I call in about popular products like a smok product or 12 monkeys. I’m told they don’t have them and they will get a shipment soon. Customer service is lacklustre as well, I’m never served with a smile. All of this has caused me to go exclusively to Real Vapour. (Unless i wanna use my points)

  Went in for pods for my coco. They did not have them and told me the old one will be discontinued. They have me a discount on a new device including pods. Very friendly staff
