  Spring Home did a great job installing a new Zuba Central heat pump system in our older home (replacing our old Natural gas furnace from the attic). They moved our HVAC out of the attic and into a spare closet. Job was done professionally and according to quote. Special thanks to Sam La for his responsiveness to our special needs. Sam was attentive, thoughtful and responsive to our needs and he took the time to come up with an HVAC plan to suit our space. While the job was complicated the service and approach Sam and his team provided made the process smoother.
  
  If you want your HVAC job done right, on-time and according to the quote, go with Spring Home. We are very happy with the new system, so much more efficient then our old furnace, it runs quietly and provides even heat. Tony and install team of Carlos, John also did a great job. We will be recommending Spring Home to family and friends who need any HVAC work done, and we would definitely use Spring Home again in the future.

  I couldn't be any more impressed with Spring Home. From start to finish, the whole team was amazing, respectful, and efficent. A special shout out to Sean who came out and blew me away with his product knowledge. He made everything so simple and easy. He was great to work with and figured out the perfect solution that worked for my home. The installers were quick and clean and very respectful.

  My experience with Spring Home was amazing from start to finish. I had the Ductless heat and ac installed in my home and whole experience was very smooth. My interactions with the sales person ( Sean) were great, he walked me through the whole process from start to finish. During the home visit he ensured that I had a full understanding of how the install would go and addressed all my concerns. Also my interactions the admin person (Rodina) were great, she helped with all my request and also answer all my questions. She was very professional and friendly.
  
  The installers were very professional and worked really hard to get the work done. They cleaned up an mess that was made and they asked my opinion when necessary. I was very impressed with their work.
  
  Overall my experience was a great one and I will definitely recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

  We changed our former boiler and water heater for a combo boiler and Spring Home team was excellent and responsive for providing quotes, assessing the installation, figuring out challenges and providing solutions, performing the installation and administration process was smooth. They accommodated also some request that were not initially discussed during the initial assessment that goes beyond their regular work. Spring Home places customer satisfaction first and we highly recommend their services to other potential customers. Special thanks to George to accommodate our request and David and Peter for their excellent work during the installation.

  My first experience with Spring Home was in 2013. I contacted them for a no heat situation with my furnace. The technician diagnosed and reset a stuck gas valve and cleaned the furnace. It continued to work well until it was replaced last year. I appreciated his honesty as another company might have suggested I replace my 13 year-old furnace instead.
  
  In 2017 they replaced my rental water heater with a new gas-fired, energy star water heater. The crew arrived within the scheduled time frame and installed the new heater in approximately two hours. They also moved the old heater to the garage for the rental company and even swept the basement floor prior to leaving.
  
  I contacted Spring Home in October 2021 for a quote to replace my old furnace/central AC with high-efficiency units. I also wanted a ductless AC in my home office. It has three west-facing windows and gets really hot during the summer. The salesperson gave helpful suggestions about the equipment that would best suit my needs and their pricing was competitive.
  
  A week later, a crew of three arrived as scheduled and installed the furnace and AC units within a day. They used drop cloths to protect my flooring and cleaned up the basement floor when they were done. The next morning, two techs installed the ductless AC in my office.
  
  I am pleased with the pricing, installation and service offered by this company. I highly recommend Spring Home Heating and Cooling.
