I would give 0 stars if I was able. Buyer beware do not order from this company. The initial issue was this company lost my package. I understand this can happen, and if they had apologized and tried to solve the problem I would have no problem. However, when I tried to explain the issue they talk over you and won’t let you speak. Second, they come up with every excuse in the book as to why this has happened, not trying to solve the problem but instead dancing around my request which is for a refund. 3rd, the refuse a refund request. One of the staff members said “the only way to refund you is for you to refuse the order at the door.” Great - except you LOST MY PACKAGE. When I said that if I did not receive a refund I would take action they called me a bully. Because I continued to advocate for myself and for them to provide me with either a solution or a refund. Without a doubt the worst customer service experiences I have ever endured. Do not purchase from this company.

Ordered a starter pack of weights/plates from them a year ago, they've held up real well.
Wanted to get additional plates recently and accidentally got shipped the wrong ones. They sent someone out to swap them on the same day that I asked for replacements. Super friendly people too! Definitely would recommend.response / report this review -

I purchased my home gym from here and it came out great. They even helped me out with delivery which was a huge plus. The bumper plates are high quality and look great!

Mighty Fitness is a perfect solution for quality products at an affordable price! All of their staff were instrumental in helping me build my home gym and my order was ready for pickup within 24 hours. The folding rack I bought exceeded my expectations of build quality and functionality and even works well if you have Rogue attachments. Love how my home gym turned out thanks to Mighty Fitness

Had a great experience with the staff at Mighty Fitness and Shahid! I was online looking for a new home gym and called on Sunday afternoon to order. They went above and beyond to work late and to meet all my needs. Very good quality equipment and materials, 2k well spent!! They do NOT sell cheap stuff!!! Also a fast turnaround time too. I will be telling my friends for sure. Call them to see for yourself. Keep up the great work Might Fitness and I am enjoying my new gym!!! :)
