  I was incredibly fortunate to have Paul complete an inspection for the property I was interested in – the entire process of booking the inspection, to reviewing the thorough report with him, and follow up details were seamless. His knowledge, experience and professionalism put my mind at ease during a stressful time. He also provided a comprehensive report and take-home booklet of home upkeep, which I thought was above and beyond.
  
  I have experienced a few inspectors and I can't recommend I Find It Inspections enough - I will be using them again. Thank you, Paul, Sharen & team for the top-notch service!

  I highly recommend this company when looking for a home inspector. I used them to inspect a condo I purchased.They were professional and prompt in booking the inspection completely online and showing up when promised. Levin followed up with me on a call to explain his findings and I received a thorough, easy to understand report which had photographs of my unit with hand written notes of importance. Best money I have spent on this huge purchase. Gave me peace of mind!

  Our house inspector, Hakka, was excellent. He was professional but approachable. We found his report extremely comprehensive and he took the time to walk us through the results and diligently answered any questions we had about the property we were interested in purchasing. He helped us understand what was critical to fix and what could wait as well as items we should monitor. Overall we don’t see how anyone could have completed a better home inspection than Hakka. We would highly recommend him and his company to our family and friends. Gavin & Sherry

  We have been so fortunate to have Paul from I Find It Inspections to do all of our past, present (and future) home inspections! He is so thorough with every house and takes the time to explain areas that need attention and the timeline around them. Buying a house in the lower mainland is hard (and expensive!) so having someone so experienced be able to walk us through each individual place makes finding our forever home enjoyable and stress free. We trust and highly recommend and trust I Find It to deliver the highest standard of inspection possible. Thank you Paul!

  Was interested in a property and we went with I Find It Inspections based on a recommendation. We were lucky to receive a cancellation spot on short notice and booked for the next day. Levin was our guy and he was the consummate professional! Very thorough and knowledgeable. Explained all the issues he found and answered all our questions and concerns.
  
  Would definitely recommend to all our friends and family. Will 100% use them again in the future.
