  One of the best inspection company, very reliable Pierre La Comb and Mark, they are amazing. If I am not wrong Mark is teaching inspection, BCIT, i did many inspections with them, and 100% satisfied. I always listened their advises, and their Detail report is very useful after the purchases to help make the necessary repairs, and helps the explain the contractors what is the issues etc. Also after the inspection when you call them they always answer and talk with your contractors to explain the matters. I strongly recommend them. They are super busy even in slow time but they always find a way to squeeze their schedule and give the service their repaid clients. I am so glad to knowing Metro Home Inspections. They help my business a lot.

  We had Mark performed an inspection of a townhouse before removing subjects. Mark was very thorough and answered all our questions. We were very happy with the inspection and were able to have the seller reduced the price with the inspection result.

  I've used Pierre twice. He stopped me from buying a place with a major foundation problem. He's thorough, smart, and doesn't work off a template like many others. I watched him sit down on my stairs (this was back in about 2010) and spend an hour+ writing up a report by hand. I bought the house on that report. Ten years later, there wasn't a single issue he missed. He's not going to be there to make the seller happy; he's going to stop you from making a bad decision. I'm about to buy again and you can bet I'm going to call MHI.
