  James was a pleasure to deal with. I texted him at I believe about 9pm at night completely out of the blue inquiring about my first condo inspection. Replied within 5 minutes. Had a flexible schedule and was willing to accommodate my schedule. Very detailed report with tons of pictures and information. Even did a once over on the depreciation report for the building I was buying and gave me a brief rundown at not extra charge (which lots of other inspectors charge extra for!). Will definitely let him inspect properties in the future for me!

  James was awesome and very accommodating!!
  
  I was very busy with work and needed someone to inspect the condo we were interested in. Thankfully our real estate professional, Summer Hughes, was able to hook me up with James and he made the inspection process very easy!!
  We had great communication through out the inspection and when it was all done, I received a phone call and he was able to discuss everything that he had noticed. I feel we received honest information about the condo unit and made us feel confident in the final decision.
  Shortly after the call, I received an email with pictures of everything we had talked about and I was able to pay by eTransfer.
  Later that evening, I received the email with a full inspection report with a picture file (over 130 pics). We even received an email a few days later asking if we were happy with everything :)

  We have used James at Bloodhound Home Inspectors twice within the last month. Once for a pre-offer home inspection, the next time for a post offer home inspection. The first time he fit us in with next to no notice on a house with a very tight offer deadline.
  I can assure you as someone who has used his services twice very recently that he does a very professional and thorough job. The quality of the inspection and the level of detail he goes into is very impressive.
  His pictures were also excellent quality. He took the time after the inspection to meet with us and go through every photo one at a time while explaining his recommendations.
  It was also very easy to communicate with him as he replies very quickly to emails and questions.
  Overall we were very happy with his work and will be recommending him to friends.

  After working with James on a number of deals, I continue to be impressed – he is meticulous, diligent, and always looking out for buyer’s best interests. He’s also patient, extremely knowledgeable, and always ready to answer any questions that come up (even if it’s days later). I’ve always appreciated how easy it is to communicate with him; he always follows up, and I know I can trust him. Would highly recommend him.
