Our furnace stopped working on SundayWe called Laith and he responded immediately. He came after one hour and diagnosed the problem and he fixed temporarily and keep us warm during the night. He showed Monday with the part and got the job done.He checked everything and clean the work area.
He recommended his service and will use him for the future.

Laith has been helping us over the past few years in our previous home and now with our current home and we are always so pleased with all of his efforts and continued assistance and guidance with keeping our home healthy, safe and comfortable. Laith is super knowledgeable and dependable. He’ll respond immediately to your concerns and come as soon as he is available. Most important, he is really smart and safety is his number one priority. He is also very respectful and careful wrt Covid. I wouldn’t use anyone else!

Mr. Laith installed our Humidifier 2 years ago. There was a leak that sprung at the T-fitting. He was happy to come down and charge $115 for service call charge + parts. He also mentioned that our water heater maybe bad so he can replace that for $3800.

On further inspection turns out that not only the water heater is fine but the humidifier itself was installed incorrectly. The feed pipe was missing a copper inlet that keeps pipe and coupling snug. With temperature variation, plastic pipe can deform where it is in contact with copper parts. It took a $7 part to install it correctly and everything is working fine.

All It took was reading the manual (pic attached). Typically an installer will aim to correct their mistake. We were however misguided with the idea that we need to pay $115 for service and potentially buy a $3800 + tax water heater from him (unit is 6 year old). Wont be using this service going forward.
