I had both a new furnace and water heater installed. All people involved were very professional and nice. Installation was done on scheduled date. They explained the process and how the new furnace would work as the installation was in progress. Made sure everything was clean and all of the old furnace and heater was removed. Very happy with the service I received from both of the installers. Would recommend their service.

We had a couple of quotes done for new furnaces. Western Canadian made some good recommendations. After quite a bit of research, we ended up with 2 new Carrier furnaces which we are very happy with (quiet, modulating, quality), new humidifiers and thermostats. The install was tough but the team worked late for two solid days to get it done. The installation was properly completed with details on the finishing touches. Recommend!

My furnace quit during cold weather so I became stressed. Girl on the phone was very nice. She was able to get a furnace tech out to my house in a couple hours
The tech was very friendly and explained what he needed to do. Had my furnace going in a short time
I was happy overall. I will definitely use this company again

I have had Western in to service and clean my furnace, ducts and vents for over 2 decades. (They replaced my 1988 furnace 2 years ago and I just had them in for a duct cleaning and furnace maintenance today.) The servicemen were able to come early due to a cancellation, which I appreciated. I had some questions about the humidifier that was installed with the new furnace and Brad answered them all and made a point of showing me the both the filter that needed to be replaced due to scale buildup and what the replacement looked like. I'll continue to use this company – I'm happy with their work and professionalism.

We had a new AC installed in our bungalow and decided to purchase one for an elderly relative. This led to the discovery of a crack in their furnace, so a new furnace was installed as well. Micheal was thorough in his consultation with us (for both homes) and we had complete confidence in our purchases. The installation at both homes went smoothly and the technicians (Eric is amazing) had endless patience when questions arose. They worked efficiently, were kind, and were very good about their cleanup. Any correspondence with the office was personable and professional. I highly recommend this company! Everyone we came in contact with was excellent. Thank-you for the quality work!
