  I was beyond impressed with John Pinton’s dedication, work ethic, professionalism, integrity and market knowledge in regards to buying and selling. He reassured me and was very positive in a challenging market which ultimately lead to me getting the right place for me.

  We were looking for an investment condo in a hot market. Properties were selling over asking. John found a nice new 2 bed condo and negotiated 60K off the asking price with the developer! We highly recommend John.

  I discovered John from his YouTube channel where I learned a lot about the Vancouver market and the home buying process as a first time buyer. I reached out and he was very responsive/welcoming despite me being new to the process. He was patient with my criteria and always made himself available for open house appointments and arranging them to work with my schedule. The market was quite hot at the time, and John was creative in how to best give us a shot at winning in a multiple offer scenario. Ultimately, we found something in my budget range, in my desired location, while competing with other offers. I enjoyed his professionalism and also his friendliness in treating me, a first-time millennial buyer, like any other person. Thank you, John.

  John was instrumental in helping us sell our home and buy a new one. He handled complex situations with grace and professionalism, worked with our schedule, and made an effort to walk us through unfamiliar processes. John is communicative and cares about making the buying/selling process as smooth as possible. He was responsive to our questions, any time of day, and found us a great condo that aligned with both our budget and our lifestyle. Highly recommended!
