I used to be really happy with this pharmacy when it was Alliance. They always followed up right after receiving prescriptions from my doctor and were very on top of things. And now they suddenly don't dispense my medication anymore and didn't have the courtesy to inform me of this when they received the Rx from my doctor—I had to go chase it down, and have now been without the medication for almost a week because they won't be proactive and contact my new pharmacy after I've told them more than once that the new pharmacy hasn't received anything from them.
Would be 1 star but I appreciate that I can talk to customer support via text message and they're always polite, so there's that, I guess.
I prefer not to leave bad reviews, but this is *health* related and I've had a miserable time of it these last few days.
Amazing experience. Sent a prescription here and it was ready the next day. The pharmacist called me and, unlike a retail setting, they weren't pressed for time so had a chance to talk everything through.
Their office / phone line is closed (?) on Monday, January THIRD, for “the holidays”. That’s crazy, i wish my mental health took holiday breaks too.
Poor service all around, stuck with these guys due to my employer.
Insurance would have covered prescriptions 100% at this pharmacy (as opposed to 90% at my local place) so I was going to switch. Unfortunately, nothing about the switch went as it should have. It seemed they made everything more difficult than it needed to be. Some people I spoke with were rude and talked over me. I'll stick with my local place. Paying 10% is better than mistakes and extra waits any day.
Great Service I have been using them for over thee years. Easy to talk to the pharmacist. Alliance has very low drug mark up costs in comparison to a regular pharmacy. They have a reasonable dispensing fee and that includes FedEx delivery to my office.
