My husband and I stayed at Hotel Quintessence for my 30th birthday in September 2021. We had a wonderful time, the hotel staff went above and beyond our expectations. Our hotel suite, the classic suite, is beautifully decorated with a breathtaking view of Lake Tremblant. In fact, all their suites have amazing views of the lake and the mountains in the distance. We spent hours on end in the infinity pool and hot tub. We got the breakfast package and enjoyed a delicious, filling breakfast each day. The outdoor patio as well as the indoor dining area of Restaurant Quintessence offer a great environment for dining. Miguel, who works at the front desk, was especially welcoming, kind and accommodating. He went out of his way to make our vacation a great one. The hotel is steps away from the village, the perfect location. There are many activities for couples and families, including water activities like swimming in the lake/pool, kayak, canoe, motorized boat activities, hiking, biking, spa experiences etc. We will be returning for sure!

Spacious rooms, however decor is starting to look a bit dated. They do not have a fully equipped gym which is unacceptable for a 5 stars hotel. Restaurant was good. Valet parking employees look confused an unprofessional. When the first employee you see when you arrive at the hotel is sporting a tribal tattoo on his arms it makes the place look tacky.

Well decorated and thought out interior with beautiful lake view from room. Plenty of space and intimate setting. Close to the mount tremblant village.

We came across this boutique hotel because of it’s prime location, but the top notch service truly made this a one-of-a-kind luxurious unforgettable get away in Mont-Tremblant. Everything from the moment we arrived to our the last goodbye, it was warmly welcomed, delightful, and most importantly, their utter attention to details.
Our room was amazing with a breathtaking view of the lake, we enjoyed our own hot tub and fire place, everything was clean and well serviced everyday.
Each and every staff we met and interacted truly went above and beyond to make us feel special. This is undoubtedly a true lakeside gem.response / report this review -

It was very comfortable during my stay here, and the meal at the restaurant was very satisfying.
The staff were also friendly and welcoming.
We will definitely stay here again if we have travel plans in Mont Tremblant. : )response / report this review
