I have been using Exclusive Limousine Services now for over a decade primarily for trips to Toronto, Pearson airport and Niagara falls. The dispatch staff are very kind. Booking is hassle free and prices are transparent. My flight is always tracked whether its on time or late and the taxi is always ready at the gate. The drivers are polite and professional. The cars are well maintained and always clean. Drivers tend to stay with the company so its nice to know who is picking me up because I feel comfortable while traveling. They are my go to compay because of the car seats provided for infants toddlers and booster seats.

I traveled with Exclusive Limousine Services Toronto for a drop off to Pearson Airport. I was recommended the limo service by a friend. Booking was hassle free. Driver was on time, quick and very professional.
The SUV was very clean with a luxurious interior. Premium fleet and top quality professional service. Great overall experience!

This taxi service is the worst. I got dinged with a 80 dollar charge 3 years later, thats right 3 YEARS LATER. I don't know what kind of operation they run and why I need to pay a bill 3 YEARS LATER. Now I am in a huge battle with my Mastercard company and these "amazing business" to dispute these charges. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE. USE Alternative services who can actually bill on the date of transaction.

Yes the charge does appear on my master card statement and via the app I was able to get your company's information. To be precise, it was for a airport charge back April 2016. Whatever your reasons for charging me 3 years later is simply WRONG. I completely understand a few months after the day of travel so that I can actually dispute a claim as I would have records and memory of the service.

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.Do NOT use this service, booked car service over the holidays, they didn't show, when I spoke to the service, the man on the other end was rude and ignorant and very disrespectful. I will never use this service and will never recommend them to anyone Unprofessional, RUDE and disorganized!
